How to Choose a Frame Machine

Size the machine to the damage you repair and the floor you have. Portable pullers handle dents, creases and light structure. Bench and rack systems hold the car on a platform for structural work.

Portable Frame Pullers

  • KT-222 — 50 kN (5 tons) of hydraulic force with a saw-tooth chain. Tower, hand pump, 3.5 m chain and six-claw hooks included.
  • KT-YA260 — 50 kN, saw-tooth chain fixing, pulls downward as well as horizontally.
  • KT-SB288 — truck body puller, 50 kN through a 3.5 m chain, 143 lbs.

All three run on a hand pump, so they need no power or air line.

Bench and Frame Rack Systems

  • KT-310 — 130.8 in. lift and pulling bench. 6-ton tower with 360° range, 4.3 in. drive-on height, 67 in. top height, 7,000 lb platform.
  • KT-198L — 236.4 x 84.3 in. tilt platform, 100 kN (10 ton) tower with 360° radius and a leading arm for multi-direction pulls.
  • KT-299U — 256.1 in. platform with four independent 10-ton towers.
