Trailer Ramp Storage Brackets and Attaching Hardware

These parts solve two problems: where the ramps ride between jobs, and how they attach to the deck while a machine climbs them. All 17 are made by HD Ramps.

Trailer Ramp Storage

The storage brackets are aluminum, lockable, and use UHMW plastic slides so ramps move in and out without grinding.

  • Clamp-On Pair, 2' — no drilling into the trailer frame, 13.5 lbs the pair.
  • Bolt-On, Single Ramp — 2' 4-1/2" x 15-3/4" x 4".
  • Bolt-On, Double Ramp — for 5" ramps (18" or 20" wide) or 6" ramps (16" wide).
  • Step Deck Brackets — a model for step decks without knee braces, and a combined ramp and dunnage storage bracket.
  • Ramp Stand Brackets — bolt-on storage for ramp stands.

Skid Seat Brackets for Pin-End Ramps

A skid seat bolts to the trailer and gives a pin-end ramp a fixed seat instead of resting on the deck edge.

  • Steel — 24" (8 lbs) and 36" (14 lbs).
  • Aluminum — 24", 36", 48" and 97", from 10 to 40 lbs.

Alumi-Loc and Ramp Dolly

The Alumi-Loc channel bolts to the loading surface and locks hook-end ramps into it, so no strap has to hold them. It comes in 4' and 5' lengths, and a separate kit holds the full install hardware and tools. The ramp dolly carries 220 lbs of ramp on wheels and fits ramps up to 20" wide.

Which step deck ramp brackets do I need?

Check if your step deck has knee braces, and if you also want to carry dunnage. There is a bracket for each case.

What is in the Alumi-Loc hardware kit?

Eight 10-24 jack nuts, eight stainless 10-24 x 1-1/2" screws, a hex cap screw, the jack nut setting tool, Allen wrenches and a 3/8" drill bit.
