Description

Katool KT-299U 21-Foot Auto Body Frame Machine with Four Towers

Heavy collision damage rarely sits in one plane. A rail pushed back and a strut tower folded in need two pulls at once, and a rack with a single tower turns that into a day of setups.

The Katool KT-299U carries four independent towers on a 256.1 in platform, each with 100 kN — 10 tons — of pull and 360° rotation. Opposing corrections happen together, held against a 7,700 lb CE-certified deck.

Why Choose the KT-299U

Four towers is the difference between staging a repair and controlling it.

  • Four independent 360° towers, 100 kN each — multiple corrections run at the same time instead of one after another.
  • Dead-spot-free positioning slots — towers anchor at the exact angle a pull needs, including the corners cheaper racks cannot reach.
  • Spiral-movement main clamps — the vehicle stays locked under 10 tons of opposing force.
  • 256.1 x 86.68 in platform, 21 feet long — full-size trucks and vans fit with working room around them.

What's Included

  • Pulling clamps
  • Pulling hooks
  • Chains
  • Wheeled accessory storage board

Made For

Built for shops taking the jobs other shops send away.

  • Full-service collision repair centers
  • Insurance-approved structural repair facilities
  • Heavy-hit and total-loss recovery operations
  • Fleet, van and light-truck maintenance facilities
  • Dealership body departments

Features

  • 100 kN (22,480 lbf / 10 tons) pulling capacity — severe structural correction
  • Four independent pulling towers — simultaneous multi-point pulls
  • 360 degree tower rotation — seamless steel pipe towers travel the full platform
  • 7,700 lb (3,493 kg) CE-certified load capacity — rated and certified deck
  • Tilt hydraulic lifting platform, 4.3 to 67 in — ramp-height loading to chest-height work
  • Pneumatic high-pressure pump on 0.8 MPa air — standard shop compressor supply
  • Manganese steel with CNC plasma cutting — accurate, repeatable structural parts
  • Shot-blasted and powder-coated finish — a working surface that survives solvent and steel

Four Towers Change How a Repair Is Sequenced

With one tower, structural damage is corrected in a queue: set up, pull, release, move, set up again. Every release lets the metal relax and some of the correction comes back.

The KT-299U anchors four towers at once, each rated to 100 kN and each rotating a full 360° on seamless steel pipe. A rail can be held out while a strut tower is brought up, so the two corrections balance against each other and the geometry lands where the measuring system says it should.

The positioning slots run without dead spots, which matters most at the corners of a 21-foot deck — exactly where a tower is hardest to place and where heavy front and rear damage usually needs it.

Built to Stay Flat Under Ten Tons

A frame rack that flexes transfers the error straight into the vehicle. The KT-299U platform is high-quality manganese steel, cut on CNC plasma so every structural part matches the next, and joined with Panasonic CO2 welding.

The main clamps use a spiral movement design to grip the pinch welds and hold them there while opposing towers work against each other. Finish is shot blasting followed by powder coating, which is what keeps a working deck from rusting under the abuse of solvent, sparks and dropped steel.

Power is a 220V single-phase supply for the hydraulics and 0.8 MPa (116 PSI) shop air for the pneumatic high-pressure pump. The tilt platform runs from 4.3 in for loading to 67 in for underbody work.

The Right Frame Machine for Your Shop

For heavy structural repair on full-size vehicles, the KT-299U is the rack: four independent 100 kN towers, a 256.1 in tilt platform, and a 7,700 lb CE-certified capacity.
