Katool KT-310 Compact Auto Body Frame Machine and Lifting Bench
Structural work goes down the road for one reason in most shops: a full-length frame rack wants twenty feet of floor that is already earning money.
The Katool KT-310 is a 130.8 in bench that lifts and pulls. It raises the car from a 4.3 in drive-on height to 67 in on a 7,000 lb CE-certified platform, then puts 60 kN — 6 tons — on the damage through a tower with a full 360° working range.
Why Choose the KT-310
It is a lift and a frame machine on the same footprint, which is what makes structural repair fit a small shop.
-
Dual function: hydraulic lift and pulling bench — one 130.8 x 34.5 in footprint does the work of two pieces of equipment.
-
60 kN (6 ton) pulling tower with 360° range — the pull angle comes to the damage instead of the car being repositioned.
-
4.3 in drive-on, 67 in top height — the car rolls straight on, then comes up to a working height that saves the tech's back.
-
Quick-fix clamps, two screws each — the vehicle is anchored in minutes rather than the first half hour of the job.

Two Machines on One Footprint
The KT-310 is 130.8 in long and 34.5 in wide. That is roughly a parking space, not a bay, and it is the whole reason a shop with three bays can offer structural repair at all.
The dual-cylinder hydraulic system lifts the vehicle on four rotating arms to any of nine locked height grades between 4.3 and 67 in. Between structural jobs that same bench is simply a lift, so the floor space is never idle waiting for collision work to arrive.
Drive-on height is 4.3 in, so a car with normal ride height rolls on without ramps or a jack. Load capacity is 7,000 lbs, CE certified, which covers passenger cars, crossovers and light trucks.
The Tower Goes to the Damage
The pulling tower develops 60 kN — 13,488 lbf, about 6 tons — and moves through a full 360° around the platform. Damage on the left rear gets a pull from the left rear; nobody unclamps the car to chase an angle.
Setup speed comes from the clamp design. The quick-fix jaws tighten with two screws, so the vehicle goes from on the bench to properly anchored in minutes. On a job priced by the hour, that time is margin.
The frame itself is Q235 and Q245 structural steel, and the bench supporter carries the load path during a pull so the platform is not doing the work alone. Power is a standard 220V supply feeding the hydraulic unit and its control panel.
The Right Frame Machine for Your Shop
To take structural work in a shop that does not have a frame bay, the KT-310 is the machine: a 130.8 in dual-function bench, a 60 kN 360° tower, and a 7,000 lb CE-certified platform.
