The Katool KT-198L is a 236.4 in frame rack built to pull from anywhere. A 100 kN — 10 ton — tower works through a full 360° radius, and the leading arm applies force from multiple directions on a vehicle that never has to be unclamped and repositioned.

Pull Any Angle Without Moving the Car

On a frame rack, every repositioning of the vehicle costs setup time and risks losing a correction already made. The KT-198L is built so that does not happen.

The pulling towers travel on a wheel movement device that eliminates the dead zones cheaper racks have at the corners, and the tower works through a full 360° radius. The leading arm then supplies tensile force from more than one direction, so a rail that needs to come out and forward is corrected as one operation rather than two.

All of that runs at 100 kN — 10 tons — against a platform rated to 7,700 lbs and CE certified. Air supply is 0.8 MPa, standard shop compressor pressure.

Loading Height and Working Height on One Bench

The tilt hydraulic platform drops to 4.3 in so a damaged car goes up the light, flexible ramps under its own weight or a winch, without a forklift or a second lift.

From there it rises to 67 in, which puts underbody measurement and welding at chest height instead of on a creeper. On a job that takes days, that difference shows up in both quality and how the crew feels at the end of the week.

The support legs are light enough to move by hand but carry the load during a pull, and the whole structure is Q235 and Q245 steel joined by automatic robot welding — consistent penetration on every joint that matters.
