Upon the successful delivery of your order, a window of 30 days is allotted for you to inform us of any intention to return a product. Once we have been notified within this period, we will promptly furnish you with the appropriate return shipping address. It's of paramount importance to refrain from shipping your item back until you have received the confirmed return address from us. This ensures your return is processed accurately and without unnecessary delays.

Unauthorized Returns: Should you decide to send back items without obtaining a Return Authorization Number beforehand, such items will be deemed unauthorized returns. Regrettably, these will be declined upon receipt, and consequently, will be shipped back to you. Please be aware that any associated costs will be borne by you.

  • Non-Broken Items: If you return an item that isn’t damaged or defective, you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. Additionally, although your order may have qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund. A 20% restocking fee will also apply.
  • Broken Items: If you're returning a defective item, we've got you covered. You won't be responsible for either the return or the original shipping costs, and the restocking fee will be waived.
  • Specific Clauses:
    • Altered, modified, or cut products are non-returnable.
    • All custom fabricated orders are finalized upon purchase and are non-returnable.
    • Only our "In Stock" off-the-shelf items qualify for returns. Custom fabricated items, made as per order, are exempt from returns.

Items returned without an authorized Return Authorization Number or sent to an incorrect address won't be accepted.   2. Packing with Care: It's crucial to return items in their original packaging, ensuring all packaging materials are intact. For your security and proof, we require a photo of the item before and during its packaging and shipping.

  4. Displaying the Return Authorization Number: Make sure the Return Authorization Number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  5. Determining Shipping Responsibility: If an error on our end caused the return (like a wrong item being sent), we will manage and fund the return shipping. For other scenarios, the onus of arranging and financing the return lies with you.

Order Cancellation

    Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled while in transit. If you choose to cancel after shipment, our 'Non-Broken Items' return policy will apply.
