Herkules Paint Can Crusher and Shop Waste Crushers

Waste haulers charge by volume and pickups. Each Herkules crusher targets one waste stream, so choose by what your shop throws away most.

Models

• HCR3 Paint Can Crusher — Bench mount. One gallon can or several quart cans per 20-second cycle. Up to 90% waste reduction on 90–120 psi air.
• HCR1 Paint Can Crusher — Stand model over a 55-gallon drum. 4 one-gallon, 7 one-quart or 1 five-gallon can per 20-second cycle, with automatic ejection.
• OFC4 Oil Filter Crusher — 18 tons of force. 4 regular filters or 1 heavy-duty filter up to 20 in. tall per 35–55 second cycle. Up to 80% size reduction and up to 98% of residual oil removed, with a drain outlet.
• AFC2 Aerosol Can Crusher — 2 cans per cycle of 1 minute or less. 98% size reduction, sealed chamber, carbon filter and fume extractor on 120 psi air.

Crusher FAQ

Do these crushers need hydraulic oil?

No. All four run on compressed air only. Check that your compressor delivers the listed psi.

Which models are made in the USA?

The HCR1, HCR3 and OFC4 are listed as made in the USA.
