Before Ordering

Are you an authorized dealer?

Yes. Access Division is an authorized dealer for all brands offered on our website. This means all products are genuine and include full manufacturer warranty coverage.

Buying from an authorized dealer ensures product authenticity, proper support, and eligibility for manufacturer warranties.

Do your products include manufacturer warranty?

Yes. All products sold by Access Division include the manufacturer’s warranty. As an authorized dealer, we only sell genuine products that qualify for full warranty coverage.

Is shipping really free?

For most products, yes. But there are exceptions. Where we don't offer free shipping we have free pickup as an option. Please refer to the product pages.

Where do you ship from?

The products are shipped from different warehouses across the US. Please contact us for specifics for your desired product.

How fast is shipping?

Please refer to the product pages for estimated lead times on each product. Shipping time is usually 5 business days based on the delivery address and where the closest warehouse is.

Do you charge sales tax?

No, at this time we don't, but this is subject to change.

Can I place a B2B / bulk order?

Yes of course. We welcome companies of all sizes to make bulk orders. Contact us for a quotation.

After Order Is Placed

When will my order ship?

Thanks for your order! We’re now verifying stock availability and processing your order. This typically takes 1–3 business days, though for certain brands or in some cases it may take a little longer. Once we receive the tracking number from the carrier, you’ll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email from our system.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order hits the shipping phase, it is too late to cancel, so timing is critical.

We will always confirm stock availability before capturing your payment. If you manage to reach us and cancel before the payment is captured, you will receive a 100% refund.

If the payment has already been captured, a cancellation fee of 5% will be deducted from the refund.

If we are unable to stop the carrier pickup, cancellation will no longer be possible. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy here.

Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

While tracking information is typically sent within 3–4 business days, in some cases it may take up to 8 business days.

How are freight / LTL shipments handled?

Large or heavy items are shipped via freight (LTL) and are delivered curbside by appointment. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery, and someone (adult) must be available to receive and inspect the shipment.

Do you require a signature on delivery?

Yes. Freight (LTL) shipments typically require a signature at delivery to confirm receipt. This helps ensure the shipment is properly received and documented.

After Order Is Received

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please inspect the shipment at delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, and contact us immediately at info@accessdivision.com.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items from the date of delivery. A Return Authorization Number (RAN/RMA) is required before any return is sent.

Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

Defective items are eligible for a return without restocking fees or shipping charges. Custom-made, modified, or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

How do warranties work?

All warranties are provided and handled directly by the manufacturer. Warranty terms and coverage vary by brand and product.

If you need to file a warranty claim, you’ll work directly with the manufacturer. If you have questions or need guidance, we’re happy to help point you in the right direction.

Missing parts or wrong item received

If your order is missing parts or you received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. Send an email with your order number and clear photos of what you received to info@accessdivision.com. We’ll review the issue and arrange the correct parts or item once verified.

How do I file a freight damage claim?

Freight damage claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. Inspect your shipment at delivery, note any damage on the delivery receipt, and take clear photos of the item and packaging.
