Who you're buying from
I'm Kenneth Pedersen, and I own Access Division.
My background is the trade and the management side of it — electrician, then project manager and department manager. That's the lens on every product we list: how it's built, how it installs, and whether it holds up in a shop that runs all day.
I started this store to make sure you get both. Competitive pricing, specs verified before they reach the page, and a real answer when you call.
We specialize in one kind of buyer
Access Division specializes in equipment for small auto repair shops, home garages, and car and motorcycle enthusiasts. That's where our focus sits, and where our expertise is.
Specializing is a decision. Knowing one category properly is what lets us tell you which model fits your bay, what it takes to install, and what you'll actually need on day one.
Why we're picky about the catalog
Every product here is picked deliberately. That's not a marketing line — it's self-interest.
If you buy a lift or a ramp from us and it turns out to be junk, that lands on our name. We're not willing to run a business known for selling equipment that fails.
We've gotten it wrong before. A couple of brands generated complaints, and we let them go quickly. That's the standard: if we can't stand behind a product, it doesn't stay on the site.
You'll be talking to Zed
Customer Service Manager
Zed Tayo
Zed is the product expert here.
He's been with Access Division for two years, and spent six years in customer service before that. He knows both sides — the equipment itself, and how to treat the person on the other end.
Zed handles customers personally. Not a ticket queue, not a script. If you're not sure what you need, or you have a question about specs, compatibility, or which model fits your space, he'll work through it with you until you have a real answer.
He'd rather spend twenty minutes helping you find the right product than sell you the wrong one.
Call or text +1 (855) 559-5589 Weekdays 9–5 EST. Phone, text, live chat and email all reach the same team.
We call every single customer
Some weeks or months after delivery, we pick up the phone. Is the product doing what you expected? Was the buying experience what it should have been? Did we get anything wrong?
It's a phone call, not an automated survey. We'd rather hear about a problem directly and fix it than read about it later.
