Wheel Straightening Machines

A wheel straightening machine lets your shop repair bent rims instead of replacing them. We carry three KATOOL hydraulic rim straighteners: the KT-WL69 for 10–26 in. rims, the KT-WL70 with 15 MPa working pressure for 10–22.5 in. rims, and the KT-WL75 with a cutting tool for hub and face repair.

Choosing a Wheel Straightening Machine

Pick by the rims you repair most and the power in your shop. All three KATOOL models use hydraulic pressure to press the rim back to true.

KATOOL Rim Straightener Models

  • KT-WL69 — 10–26 in. rim capacity. Runs on 110V, 220V or 380V. 75 dB operating noise.
  • KT-WL70 — 15 MPa working pressure from a 15 kW unit. Wheels up to 30 in. diameter and 22 in. wide, rims from 10 to 22.5 in. Runs on 220V or 380V.
  • KT-WL75 — rim straightener and hub repair machine with a cutting tool included. Q235/Q245 steel, 220V.

Which rim straightener runs on 110V?

The KT-WL69. The KT-WL70 needs 220V or 380V and the KT-WL75 runs on 220V.

Can I straighten 22.5 in. commercial rims?

Yes. The KT-WL70 covers 10 to 22.5 in. rims.

Can I refinish a curbed wheel face?

The KT-WL75 includes a cutting tool, so you can straighten and machine the wheel on one setup.
