Description

Katool KT-WL69 Hydraulic Rim Straightener for 10 to 26 Inch Wheels

A customer hits a pothole and comes in with a bent 20-inch alloy. Without a straightener the answer is a new wheel, and the shop hands a four-figure job to whoever owns one.

The Katool KT-WL69 keeps that work in the building. Hydraulic rams press a bent rim back to true across a 10 to 26 inch range, gradually and under control — no hammer, no heat guesswork, and no scrapped wheel.

Why Choose the KT-WL69

It turns a wheel most shops write off into a billable repair.

  • 10 to 26 in rim capacity — covers steel wheels through large modern alloys on one machine.
  • Hydraulic pressure, applied gradually — the rim is pressed back in controlled increments instead of shocked with a hammer.
  • Three supply options: 110V, 220V or 380V — it fits the power a shop already has rather than the other way round.
  • 75 dB operating noise — quiet enough to run in a working bay without clearing the room.

Made For

Built for shops that see damaged wheels regularly.

  • Tire and wheel service centers
  • Alloy wheel repair specialists
  • Independent auto repair shops
  • Dealership service departments
  • Fleet maintenance facilities

Features

  • 10 to 26 in rim capacity — the passenger and light-truck wheel board
  • Hydraulic straightening system — controlled force rather than impact
  • 110V, 220V or 380V AC supply — configurable to the shop's service
  • 240 kg (529 lb) machine weight — mass that stays put while the ram works
  • 75 dB operating noise — workable in an occupied bay
  • 950 x 560 mm footprint — a corner of the shop, not a bay
  • 900 mm working height — the wheel sits where a tech can see the run-out
  • Steel frame construction — built for daily shop duty

Controlled Force Instead of a Hammer

Straightening a rim by hand means striking it and checking, striking and checking. Each hit is a guess, and on a cast alloy a guess that lands wrong puts a crack where there was a bend.

The KT-WL69 applies hydraulic pressure through a ram against a fixed reference. The operator advances the pressure in stages and measures between them, so the metal moves where and how far it is meant to.

That difference is what makes the repair sellable. A wheel that has been persuaded back into shape holds its geometry and balances; a wheel that has been beaten back tends to come off the balancer with numbers nobody can fix.

Sized for a Working Bay

The machine stands 900 mm high on a 950 by 560 mm footprint and weighs 240 kg. That mass matters — it is what absorbs the reaction load when the ram pushes against a rim instead of letting the machine walk.

Power is configurable at 110V, 220V or 380V AC, so it drops into whatever service the shop already runs rather than forcing an electrical job before the first repair.

Operating noise is 75 dB, which is quiet for a hydraulic machine and means it can run in an occupied bay while other work carries on around it.

The Right Rim Straightener for Your Shop

To stop sending bent wheels down the road, the KT-WL69 is the machine: 10 to 26 in capacity, controlled hydraulic straightening, and a supply option that matches your shop.
