10,000 lb Asymmetric Two-Post Car Lift with All-Vehicle Arms — Rotary SPOA10-AV
A lift is only as good as where its arms can reach. An adapter that sits too tall will not slide under a low rocker. A rear arm that will not retract leaves a short car sitting wrong on the pads, and the tech ends up repositioning instead of working.
The Rotary SPOA10-AV is a 10,000 lb asymmetric two-post lift built on Rotary's All-Vehicle (AV) arms. Adapters start at 3 3/8" and the rear arms pull in to 28 1/2". It is ALI Gold Label Certified, and it comes in black or blue with a standard or extended column.
Why Choose the SPOA10-AV
The AV arms reach lift points the rest of the SPOA10 family cannot — adapters drop to 3 3/8", nearly an inch and a half lower than the standard SPOA10 we also carry.
-
3 3/8" minimum adapter height. The standard SPOA10 starts at 4 3/4". Low rockers, air dams and EV battery trays come within reach.
- Rear arms retract to 28 1/2" and reach out to 58 1/4", against 40 1/4" to 60 7/8" on the standard SPOA10. A short unibody car and a long-frame truck both spot properly on the same arms.
- Rise reaches 81 1/2" where the standard SPOA10 tops out at 72 5/8" — almost nine more inches of working room under the car.
- Drive-thru is chosen at install, anywhere from 94 7/8" to 109 1/2", so a tight bay and a wide-vehicle bay take the same lift. The standard SPOA10 is fixed at 95 1/4".

Features
-
10,000 lb capacity — cars, light trucks, vans and full-size SUVs
-
All-vehicle arms — front 18 1/2" to 41", rear 28 1/2" to 58 1/4", so short and long wheelbases both spot cleanly
-
3 3/8" minimum adapter height — gets under low-clearance rockers and EV battery trays
-
81 1/2" rise — the tech stands up straight under the car
-
Asymmetric configuration, columns rotated 30° — the vehicle sits back in the bay so the doors open wide
-
Drive-thru 94 7/8" to 109 1/2" — width settings chosen at install
-
Original Double-S column design — performance tested to 20,000 lift cycles
-
ALI Gold Label Certified — third-party validated on the assembled lift, which most commercial insurers and fleet contracts ask for
All-Vehicle Arms
The AV arms are what the model name is about. Front arms cover 18 1/2" to 41" and rear arms cover 28 1/2" to 58 1/4", a spread wide enough that a compact car and a long-frame truck both find their lift points without the arms working against each other.
The adapter set does the rest. Four round adapters sit flat against a unibody pinch weld, four truck adapters climb to meet a frame rail, and two sets of stackable extensions at 3 1/2" and 5 1/4" cover the gap between them. All of it ships with the lift, along with a rack to keep it off the floor.
At 3 3/8", the minimum adapter height is low enough to slide under vehicles a taller adapter cannot reach. On EV work, where the lift points sit inboard alongside a battery tray, that clearance decides whether the job stays in the bay.
True Asymmetric Lifting and the Double-S Column
Rotary rotates the columns 30 degrees and pairs shorter front arms with longer rear arms. That shifts the vehicle's center of gravity behind the columns, and the doors open all the way instead of stopping against the structure.
The columns themselves are Rotary's original Double-S profile. The shape gives the carriage a secure channel to run in, up and down, and Rotary performance tests the lift to 20,000 cycles — far beyond what a busy bay puts through it in a year.
The lift carries the ALI Gold Label, which means the whole assembled lift was tested and certified by the Automotive Lift Institute rather than self-declared to a standard.
Configuration Note
This page carries four factory builds: two colours in two column heights.
| Standard height |
Black or blue. Overall height 11' 11 1/2", minimum clear ceiling 12'. |
| Extended height |
Black or blue. Rotary does not publish an overall height or minimum ceiling figure for the extended column, so none is stated here. |
Every spec row below is the standard-height build. If you are choosing the extended column, measure your ceiling at its lowest point with lights and door tracks included, and talk to us before you order so we can confirm the finished height against your bay.
Shops that want the same machine at roughly half the cycle time should look at the SPOA10-AV Shockwave, which we also carry — it runs 25 seconds up and 19 seconds down.
The Right Two-Post Lift for Your Shop
The SPOA10-AV puts 10,000 lbs in the air on ALI Gold Label Certified columns, with arms and adapters that reach everything from a low unibody to a framed truck.
Pick the colour and the column height that match your bay. Arms, adapters, extensions and rack all arrive with the lift.
