Automatic R134a A/C Machine with 50 lb Refrigerant Tank and Leak Detection
A/C work backs up when the machine needs babysitting. A small tank runs dry in the middle of the season. Checking oil and refrigerant levels by hand eats the tech's time, and a slow reclaim cycle leaves the next car sitting outside.
The Rotary R3AC50-A is a single-gas R134a recovery, recycling and recharge cart built for volume. A 50 lb onboard tank and a 4 CFM double-stage vacuum pump keep the cycle short, and the machine checks and displays oil and refrigerant levels itself on a 5.7" color TFT display.

- Tear-resistant PVC/vinyl protective cover
Made For
The R3AC50-A keeps A/C work profitable in shops that run it all season.
- Auto dealerships servicing R134a fleets in volume
- General repair shops adding or upgrading A/C service
- Auto and truck fleets maintaining their own vehicles
- Collision repair shops recharging systems after front-end work
- Truck dealers running A/C service in house
Features
-
50 lb onboard refrigerant tank ā 67% larger than most competitors, so fewer tank changes across the season
-
4 CFM double-stage vacuum pump ā pulls the system down fast before the charge goes in
-
Charging accuracy of ±0.5 oz ā the right amount of refrigerant, first try
-
Automatic leak detection ā electronic scale with a maximum weight error of ±10 grams (0.36 oz), checking the circuits continuously
-
Over 95% recovery efficiency ā more refrigerant reclaimed out of every job
-
Dual-fan evaporator ā speeds up the reclamation process to move more cars through the bay
-
5.7" color TFT display ā guided navigation, with database and service records written to an SD card
-
Automatic hose-length compensation ā corrects for the 9 ft. service hoses so the charge lands where it should
A Bigger Tank Means More Cars Between Changes
The 50 lb onboard tank carries 67% more refrigerant than most competing carts, so the machine handles more vehicles ā and larger ones ā before it needs attention. Through a busy summer, that is the difference between a machine that works and one that waits.
The dual-fan evaporator pushes the reclamation cycle faster, and the 4 CFM double-stage vacuum pump cuts the time each car spends hooked up.
The Machine Checks Itself
An electronic refrigerant scale with a maximum weight error of ±10 grams (0.36 oz) continuously checks the circuits for possible leaks, and the cart automatically checks and displays oil and refrigerant levels. The tech reads machine status off the 5.7" screen instead of measuring by hand.
Three functioning modes ā Database, Customized Service and My Database ā cover routine jobs and one-off procedures, and records write to an SD card. Automatic maintenance alarms and automatic or manual handling of non-condensable gases keep the cart honest between services. With the optional thermal printer, the R3AC50-A documents each job: recovered refrigerant quality and final system pressure, printed for the customer's records.
