Automatic Balancing Mode That Cuts Spins and Wheel Weights
The R180 Pro's automatic balancing mode reduces spins and repositioning time on every wheel. Adhesive weight positions are located, memorized, and indicated by the laser pointer, so your tech places the weight exactly where the machine measured — no hunting, no re-spinning.
The hidden weight and split program handles spoked wheels cleanly, and 3 automatic ALU-S programs are selected without operator input. Automatic lock-in positioning stops the wheel at the exact internal and external unbalance positions, and the readout switches between ounces and grams with one input.
Guided Operation Any Tech Can Run
On-screen prompts guide the operator through every step and procedure, and the functions tied to each key are identified by icons on the display. Distance and diameter measurements are stored automatically by the program.
The durable touchpad is built to be operated with gloves on, keeping grease and grime off the monitor. Balancing data displays on a standard 19" monitor linked directly to the machine.
