The R146RP Swingarm Pro Changer Side
The R146RP is built around operator control. Its bead breaker is hand-controlled rather than pedal-controlled, which matters on alloy rims: the technician feels the moment the bead releases and can stop pushing before the blade travels far enough to mark the wheel. It is also less tiring across a full day than working a pedal.
The clamping range covers 10" to 26" from the outside and 12" to 28.5" from the inside, with a maximum tire diameter of 46" and a maximum width of 15". The extra-wide tool shaft carries three working positions — POWER IN, PARK and POWER OUT — so the same machine handles a low-profile performance tire and a large steel truck rim without a change of setup.
Two details raise the ceiling on what the bay can take on. The PLUS91SA helper arm is a pneumatic bead top-pressing and tire-lifting device with a lower bead lifting roller, standard on this build rather than an add-on. And the storage compartment keeps valve stems, valve cores and the rest of the consumables at the machine, where the technician already is.
The R155 Pro 3D Balancer Side
The R155 Pro measures with 3D sensor technology, which removes the step where a wrong number gets typed in. The internal data gauge picks up distance and diameter, and rim width is read automatically. The system stores those measurements, so a set of four matched wheels does not get measured four times.
Cycle time is 6 seconds at a rotation speed under 100 RPM, and the read-out resolves to 1 gram. Rim capacity runs 10" to 30" in diameter and 1.5" to 22" in width, with a maximum tire diameter of 44" and a maximum wheel assembly weight of 154 lbs.
Operation is deliberately easy to learn.
