Wireless Mobile Wheel Alignment Machine — Tablet-Operated, No Towers
A camera tower claims a bay permanently, and a console on wheels still chains the tech to one spot. For plenty of shops, the alignment machine's footprint is the reason alignments never made the service menu.
The Rotary R1065 Mobile Tablet Aligner removes the footprint problem. There are no towers and no minimum bay size — the system is tablet-operated with Bluetooth wireless measuring heads, so the tech carries the readings anywhere in the bay while making assessments and adjustments.

Take the Alignment to the Vehicle
With the program on a handheld tablet, the tech reads live values while standing at the wheel being adjusted — not walking back and forth to a console. Assessments, adjustments and data collection all happen from anywhere in the bay.
Because there are no towers, the R1065 works in bays that a camera-based system physically cannot. Any lift or level floor space the shop already uses can become the alignment area.
Measurements a Shop Can Bill On
The R1065 measures both axles: total toe to ±3', partial toe to ±1' 30", camber and set-back to ±2', and caster and king-pin to ±5' on the front axle, with matching rear-axle coverage including thrust angle.
When the job is done, the system produces a personalized alignment report that prints or emails straight to the customer — proof of work that helps sell the next service.
The Right Alignment System for Your Shop
The R1065 puts full front- and rear-axle alignment capability on a wireless tablet with Bluetooth measuring heads, all-day batteries and no bay-size requirement.
The measuring heads, clamps and tablet arrive as a working system — once charged, the first alignment is ready to go.
