The KT-T900 Changer Side
Leverless is the whole point. A conventional changer needs a mount bar levered between tire and rim, and every one of those movements is a chance to mark a painted or polished edge. The KT-T900 clamps the wheel on a centre post and works the bead with tooling that never pries against the flange.
The built-in wheel lift handles the other half of the problem. A 30-inch alloy with a truck tire on it is heavy and awkward, and lifting it onto a table by hand is how backs and rims both get hurt. Here the machine does it.
Clamping runs 12ā30 in, with wheels to 47 in diameter and 16 in wide. Power is a 1.5 kW (2 HP) turntable plus a 1.1 kW hydraulic unit at 6.8 r/min, on 110V 60 Hz and 0.8ā1.0 MPa shop air. Net weight is 414 lbs.
The KT-B700 Balancer Side
The KT-B700 spins at 180 rpm and returns a reading in about 7 seconds, accurate to Ā±1 gram, calculating static and dynamic imbalance automatically so both planes are corrected in one operation.
On-screen weight placement guidance keeps the result consistent regardless of who is on the machine ā the display shows where the correction goes rather than leaving it to judgment.
It handles rims to 30 in, wheels to 34.64 in overall and assemblies to 143 lbs, on a 0.25 kW motor and 120V single-phase power.
