Katool KT-T850 Tilt-Back Tire Changer and KT-B700 Wheel Balancer Package
A swing-arm changer asks the tech to swing a heavy mount head out of the way for every wheel. Forty times a day that is a lot of movement, and eventually somebody swings it into a rim.
This package starts with a tilt-back tower. The KT-T850 tips the whole column back to clear the wheel, handles diameters to 47 in and clamps 14β26 in outside / 16β28 in inside on a 750 lb frame. The KT-B700 then balances to Β±1 g in 7 seconds.
Why Choose the KT-T850 and KT-B700 Package
The tilt-back tower and the 47 in capacity are what move this into commercial territory.
-
Tilt-back tower β the column tips clear instead of swinging across the wheel, which is faster and easier on rims.
-
47 in (1,200 mm) max wheel diameter β large light-truck and oversized fitments are inside the range.
-
14β26 in outside, 16β28 in inside clamping β large-diameter alloys without a second machine.
-
750 lb frame β the heaviest changer in the swing and tilt line, planted under a big bead break.

The KT-T850 Changer Side
The tilt-back tower is the design difference. Instead of swinging the mount head sideways across the wheel, the whole column tips back out of the way. The head returns to exactly the same position every time, so setup is repeatable and there is no arc passing over a painted rim.
Capacity is where it earns its price: 47 in maximum wheel diameter, 15 in width, and clamping from 14β26 in outside or 16β28 in inside. That covers large light-truck fitments and oversized alloys on the same machine that handles a standard passenger wheel.
The frame is 750 lbs of Q235 and Q245 steel β the mass matters when a big bead breaker is working. The turntable is 2.0 HP at 6.8 r/min on 110V power and 0.8β1.0 MPa shop air.
The KT-B700 Balancer Side
The KT-B700 spins at 180 rpm and returns a reading in about 7 seconds, accurate to Β±1 gram, calculating static and dynamic imbalance automatically so both planes are handled in one operation.
On-screen weight placement guidance keeps results consistent across whoever is on the machine β the display shows where the correction goes rather than leaving it to judgment.
It handles rims to 30 in, wheels to 34.64 in overall and assemblies to 143 lbs, on a 0.25 kW motor and 120V single-phase power.
