Description

Katool KT-T835 Tire Changer with Double Side Assist Arm

Big wheels and stiff sidewalls are the two things that turn a five-minute tire change into a twenty-minute fight. Most machines give you help with one or the other.

The Katool KT-T835 handles both: a double side assist arm pressing the sidewall from either side, and clamping that reaches 26 in outside and 28 in inside for today's larger rims.

Why Choose the KT-T835

The KT-T835 pairs double-sided assist with a large clamping range β€” stiff tires and big rims on the same machine.

  • Double side assist arm β€” presses the bead into the drop center from either side, so one tech mounts run-flats alone.
  • 13–26 in outside / 14–28 in inside clamping β€” sized for large-diameter modern wheels.
  • Bead blast seater head with post tank β€” difficult beads seat in one stored-air blast.
  • 582 lbs of steel β€” mass that stays planted while the assist arm applies real force.

Made For

Built for bays working large wheels and stiff rubber every day.

  • Tire shops mounting low-profile and run-flat tires
  • Custom and performance wheel specialists
  • Truck and SUV service bays
  • Dealership service departments
  • Serious home garages with large-diameter wheels

Features

  • Double side assist arm β€” mechanical help from either side of the wheel
  • 41 in max wheel diameter β€” tall fitments on the table
  • 15 in max wheel width β€” wide performance tires
  • 13–26 in outside clamp range β€” large-diameter rims covered
  • 14–28 in inside clamp range β€” reach for the biggest wheels
  • Bead blast seater head with post tank β€” instant seating on tough beads
  • 2.0 HP motor, 110V single-phase β€” steady torque on common shop power
  • 6.1 r/min rotation β€” deliberate turntable speed for expensive wheels

Assist From Both Sides

The double side assist arm reaches over the wheel and presses the sidewall down wherever the mounting head needs slack β€” left or right, top bead or bottom. Stiff run-flats that normally take two people pivot over the rim under machine pressure instead of hand force.

Because the tire is pressed rather than levered, the bead and the rim edge both stay intact. That is the difference between a clean job and a scratched wheel going back to the customer.

Big-Rim Clamping and Blast Seating

Outside clamping runs 13 to 26 in and inside clamping 14 to 28 in, so the machine takes the large-diameter wheels that dominate modern trucks and performance cars, up to 41 in of overall tire diameter.

The bead blast seater head releases stored air from the post tank in one sharp pulse, snapping the bead onto the rim as inflation begins. The 2.0 HP motor turns the table at a controlled 6.1 r/min on standard 116–145 psi shop air.

The Right Tire Changer for Your Shop

For large wheels and stiff tires handled by one tech, the KT-T835 is the machine: double side assist, 13–28 in of clamping spread, and blast seating built in.
