Description

Katool KT-T835 Wide-Clamp Tire Changer and KT-B760 Wheel Balancer Package

A 26-inch alloy comes off a lifted truck and two problems arrive with it. The changer will not clamp it, and once it is off, a small balancer struggles to read a wheel that size honestly.

This package answers both. The KT-T835 clamps 13–26 in outside and 14–28 in inside with a double side assist arm, and the KT-B760 reads with optical sensors at variable spin speeds to ±1 g in 7 seconds.

Why Choose the KT-T835 and KT-B760 Package

Wide clamping at the mount, adaptive measurement at the balance.

  • 13–26 in outside, 14–28 in inside clamping — large-diameter alloys that stop a standard changer are inside the range.
  • Variable spin speeds on the balancer — a heavy 26-inch assembly is not driven like a light alloy.
  • Double side assist arm — holds the bead down on run-flats and stiff sidewalls so one tech can work the wheel.
  • Optical sensor measurement — high-resolution readings with automatic static and dynamic detection.

What's Included

  • Katool KT-T835 rim-clamp tire changer with double side assist arm and bead blast seater head
  • Katool KT-B760 optical-sensor wheel balancer
  • Standard mounting and balancing tooling for both machines

Made For

Built for shops running large-diameter wheels at volume.

  • Truck and SUV tire specialists
  • Custom wheel and lift shops
  • High-volume independent repair shops
  • Performance and alloy wheel specialists
  • Fleet maintenance facilities

Features

  • 13–26 in outside, 14–28 in inside clamping — the widest rim range in the swing-arm line
  • Double side assist arm — bead pressed and held from both sides during mount and dismount
  • Bead blast seater head with post tank — one burst of stored air seats a stubborn bead
  • 2.0 HP (1.5 kW) turntable at 6.1 r/min — deliberate rotation for large, stiff tires
  • 582 lb changer on Q235 / Q245 steel — the mass a big wheel demands
  • High-resolution optical sensor system — clear, repeatable balance data
  • Variable spin speeds, 7-second cycle at 180 rpm — fast without over-driving a heavy wheel
  • ±1 g accuracy with on-screen weight guidance — the display shows where the weight goes

The KT-T835 Changer Side

Clamping range is the KT-T835's reason for existing. At 13–26 in from outside and 14–28 in from inside, it takes the large-diameter alloys a 22-inch-limited machine has to refuse — and those wheels come attached to the highest-value tire jobs in the shop.

The double side assist arm presses and holds the bead from both sides while the turntable rotates, so a big stiff sidewall stays controlled and the rim edge stays unmarked.

Rotation is a deliberate 6.1 r/min from a 2.0 HP turntable, because a large tire needs time rather than speed. The frame is 582 lbs of Q235 and Q245 steel on 110V 60 Hz power and 0.8–1.0 MPa shop air, with a bead blast seater head fed by a post tank.

The KT-B760 Balancer Side

The KT-B760 measures with high-resolution optical sensors and calculates static and dynamic imbalance automatically, so one spin produces both correction planes — which matters on a wide wheel where those planes sit far apart.

Variable spin speeds are what let it handle a mixed board. A large, heavy assembly does not want the same routine as a light alloy, and letting the machine adapt keeps the cycle near 7 seconds at 180 rpm without pushing a big wheel harder than it should go.

Accuracy is ±1 gram with on-screen weight placement guidance, so the correction lands where the machine says. It takes rims to 30 in, wheels to 34.64 in and assemblies to 143 lbs, on a 0.25 kW motor and 110V single-phase supply — the same as the changer.

The Right Tire Changer and Balancer Combo for Your Shop

For large-diameter wheels at volume, this package is the pairing: a 13–26 in clamping changer with a double side assist arm and an optical-sensor balancer with variable spin speeds.
