Description

Katool KT-T835 Wide-Clamp Tire Changer and KT-B750 Wheel Balancer Package

Big wheels are where the money is and where the equipment gives out. A 26-inch alloy is refused by the changer, and a heavy assembly slowly beats a worn balancer shaft out of true.

This package is built for that end of the board. The KT-T835 clamps 13–26 in outside and 14–28 in inside with a double side assist arm on a 582 lb frame, and the KT-B750 mounts the wheel on a hardened φ36 mm extended shaft, reading ±1 g in 7 seconds.

Why Choose the KT-T835 and KT-B750 Package

Both machines are specified for large, heavy wheels rather than average ones.

  • 13–26 in outside, 14–28 in inside clamping — large-diameter alloys that stop a standard changer are inside the range.
  • Hardened φ36 mm extended balancer shaft — the reference surface heavy assemblies wear first, sized and heat-treated to hold true.
  • Double side assist arm — holds the bead down on run-flats and stiff sidewalls so one tech can work the wheel.
  • 582 lb frame at 6.1 r/min — mass and unhurried torque, which is what a big wheel needs.

What's Included

  • Katool KT-T835 rim-clamp tire changer with double side assist arm and bead blast seater head
  • Katool KT-B750 digital wheel balancer
  • Standard mounting and balancing tooling for both machines

Made For

Built for shops working the large-diameter end of the market.

  • Truck and SUV tire specialists
  • Custom wheel and lift shops
  • High-volume independent repair shops
  • Fleet maintenance facilities
  • Dealership service departments

Features

  • 13–26 in outside, 14–28 in inside clamping — the widest rim range in the swing-arm line
  • Double side assist arm — bead pressed and held from both sides during mount and dismount
  • Bead blast seater head with post tank — one burst of stored air seats a stubborn bead
  • 2.0 HP (1.5 kW) turntable at 6.1 r/min — deliberate rotation for large, stiff tires
  • 582 lb changer on Q235 / Q245 steel — the mass a big wheel demands
  • Hardened φ36 mm extended balancer shaft — a true reference surface job after job
  • 3 mm steel balancer body — mass that damps vibration instead of reading it
  • ±1 g accuracy, 7-second cycle at 180 rpm — precise and quick

The KT-T835 Changer Side

Clamping range is the KT-T835's reason for existing. At 13–26 in from outside and 14–28 in from inside, it takes the large-diameter alloys a 22-inch-limited machine has to turn away — and those wheels come attached to the highest-value tire jobs in the shop.

The double side assist arm presses and holds the bead from both sides while the turntable rotates, so a big stiff sidewall is controlled instead of wrestled and the rim edge stays unmarked.

Rotation is a deliberate 6.1 r/min from a 2.0 HP turntable, because a large tire needs time rather than speed. The frame is 582 lbs of Q235 and Q245 steel on 110V 60 Hz power and 0.8–1.0 MPa shop air, with a bead blast seater head fed by a post tank.

The KT-B750 Balancer Side

Heavy wheels are hardest on the shaft, and the shaft is what every reading is measured against. The KT-B750 uses a hardened φ36 mm extended shaft, sized and heat-treated to keep its geometry instead of wearing into an error of its own.

A 3 mm steel body on a Q235 and Q245 frame gives it the mass to absorb spin vibration rather than pass it to the sensors — which is exactly what a 143 lb assembly at 180 rpm puts into a machine.

The 0.25 kW pure-copper-wound motor returns ±1 g in about 7 seconds on rims to 30 in, wheels to 34.6 in and assemblies to 143 lbs, running on 110V single phase.

The Right Tire Changer and Balancer Combo for Your Shop

For large-diameter wheels handled properly at both ends, this package is the pairing: a 13–26 in clamping changer with a double side assist arm and a hardened φ36 mm shaft balancer at ±1 g.
