The KT-T835 Changer Side
Clamping range is the KT-T835's reason for existing. At 13–26 in from the outside and 14–28 in from the inside, it takes the large-diameter alloys that a 22-inch-limited changer has to turn away — and those are exactly the wheels attached to the highest-value tire jobs.
The double side assist arm presses and holds the bead from both sides while the turntable rotates, so a big stiff sidewall is controlled instead of wrestled, and the rim edge stays unmarked.
Rotation is 6.1 r/min from a 2.0 HP turntable — deliberately slower than a small-wheel machine, because a large tire needs time rather than speed. The frame is 582 lbs of Q235 and Q245 steel on 110V 60 Hz power and 0.8–1.0 MPa shop air, with a bead blast seater head fed by a post tank.
The KT-B700 Balancer Side
The KT-B700 spins at 180 rpm and returns a reading in about 7 seconds, accurate to ±1 gram, calculating static and dynamic imbalance automatically so both planes are handled in one operation.
On-screen weight placement guidance keeps results consistent. The display shows where the correction goes instead of leaving it to judgment, which matters most on wide wheels where the two planes sit far apart.
It handles rims to 30 in, wheels to 34.64 in overall and assemblies to 143 lbs, on a 0.25 kW motor and 120V single-phase power.
