Description

Katool KT-T830 Assist Arm Tire Changer and KT-B760 Wheel Balancer Package

The wheels that eat a shop's time are the same two every week: the run-flat that will not come off, and the alloy that comes back with a vibration nobody can find.

This package targets both. The KT-T830 brings a double side assist arm and a bead blast seater head to the mount, and the KT-B760 brings optical sensors and variable spin speeds to the balance — ±1 g in 7 seconds.

Why Choose the KT-T830 and KT-B760 Package

Difficult wheels handled at the mount, and measured properly afterwards.

  • Double side assist arm — holds the bead down on run-flats and stiff sidewalls so one tech can work the wheel.
  • Optical sensor measurement with variable spin speeds — high-resolution readings, cycle matched to the wheel.
  • Bead blast seater head with post tank — a stored air charge seats the bead on the first attempt.
  • 529 lb changer frame — mass that stays planted when the assist arm is loaded.

What's Included

  • Katool KT-T830 rim-clamp tire changer with double side assist arm and bead blast seater head
  • Katool KT-B760 optical-sensor wheel balancer
  • Standard mounting and balancing tooling for both machines

Made For

Built for shops where the difficult wheels are routine.

  • Tire shops running run-flat and low-profile fitments
  • Performance and alloy wheel specialists
  • High-volume independent repair shops
  • Fleet maintenance facilities
  • Dealership service departments

Features

  • Double side assist arm — bead pressed and held from both sides during mount and dismount
  • Bead blast seater head with post tank — one burst of stored air seats a stubborn bead
  • 41 in (1,040 mm) max wheel diameter — the passenger and light-truck board
  • 12–22 in outside, 14–24 in inside clamping — steel and alloy wheels in one range
  • 529 lb changer on Q235 / Q245 steel — solid under a loaded assist arm
  • High-resolution optical sensor system — clear, repeatable balance data
  • Variable spin speeds, 7-second cycle at 180 rpm — fast without losing the reading
  • ±1 g accuracy with on-screen weight guidance — the display shows where the weight goes

The KT-T830 Changer Side

The double side assist arm is what earns the KT-T830 its place. It presses and holds the bead from both sides while the turntable rotates, so a run-flat or a stiff low-profile tire is controlled rather than wrestled.

The payoff is two-fold: one tech handles a wheel that would otherwise need two, and the tire stays off the rim edge, which is where scratches and awkward conversations start.

Behind it is a 2.0 HP turntable at 6.8 r/min, clamping 12–22 in outside and 14–24 in inside, wheels to 41 in and 15 in wide, plus a bead blast seater head fed by a post tank. The frame is 529 lbs of Q235 and Q245 steel on 110V and 0.8–1.0 MPa shop air.

The KT-B760 Balancer Side

The KT-B760 measures with high-resolution optical sensors and works out static and dynamic imbalance automatically, so one spin produces both correction planes.

Variable spin speeds keep it quick across a mixed board — a light alloy and a loaded light-truck assembly do not want the same routine, and letting the machine adapt holds the cycle near 7 seconds at 180 rpm without over-driving a heavy wheel.

Accuracy is ±1 gram with on-screen weight placement guidance, so a newer tech puts the weight where the machine says. It takes rims to 30 in, wheels to 34.64 in and assemblies to 143 lbs, on a 0.25 kW motor and 110V single-phase supply — the same as the changer.

The Right Tire Changer and Balancer Combo for Your Shop

For difficult wheels start to finish, this package is the pairing: a double side assist arm changer with a bead blast seater and an optical-sensor balancer at ±1 g.
