Description

Katool KT-T830 Assist Arm Tire Changer and KT-B750 Wheel Balancer Package

Run-flats and stiff low-profile sidewalls do not want to go over the rim. Without help, that is a two-person job or a marked rim, and often both.

This package hands the tech the help. The KT-T830 carries a double side assist arm and a bead blast seater head with post tank on a 529 lb frame, and the KT-B750 finishes on a hardened φ36 mm extended shaft at ±1 g in 7 seconds.

Why Choose the KT-T830 and KT-B750 Package

The assist arm turns the hardest wheels into a one-person job.

  • Double side assist arm — holds the bead down on run-flats and stiff sidewalls so one tech can work the wheel without fighting it.
  • Bead blast seater head with post tank — a stored air charge seats the bead on the first attempt.
  • 529 lb changer frame — mass that stays planted when the assist arm is loaded.
  • Hardened φ36 mm extended balancer shaft — the reference surface every reading depends on.

What's Included

  • Katool KT-T830 rim-clamp tire changer with double side assist arm and bead blast seater head
  • Katool KT-B750 digital wheel balancer
  • Standard mounting and balancing tooling for both machines

Made For

Built for shops that see difficult wheels every day.

  • Tire shops running run-flat and low-profile fitments
  • Performance and alloy wheel specialists
  • Independent auto repair shops with a dedicated tire bay
  • Fleet maintenance facilities
  • Dealership service departments

Features

  • Double side assist arm — bead pressed and held from both sides during mount and dismount
  • Bead blast seater head with post tank — one burst of stored air seats a stubborn bead
  • 41 in (1,040 mm) max wheel diameter — the passenger and light-truck board
  • 12–22 in outside, 14–24 in inside clamping — steel and alloy wheels in one range
  • 2.0 HP (1.5 kW) turntable at 6.8 r/min — controlled torque through a stiff sidewall
  • 529 lb changer on Q235 / Q245 steel — solid under an assist arm working against the tire
  • Hardened φ36 mm extended balancer shaft — a true reference surface job after job
  • ±1 g accuracy, 7-second cycle at 180 rpm — precise and quick

The KT-T830 Changer Side

The double side assist arm is what earns the KT-T830 its place. It presses and holds the bead from both sides while the turntable rotates, so a run-flat or a stiff low-profile tire is controlled instead of wrestled.

That does two things: it lets one tech handle a wheel that would otherwise take two, and it keeps the tire off the rim edge — which is where the scratches and the customer conversations come from.

Behind it sits a 2.0 HP turntable at 6.8 r/min, clamping 12–22 in outside and 14–24 in inside, wheels to 41 in and 15 in wide, and a bead blast seater head fed by a post tank. The frame is 529 lbs of Q235 and Q245 steel on 110V power and 0.8–1.0 MPa shop air.

The KT-B750 Balancer Side

Balancer accuracy starts at the shaft. The KT-B750 uses a hardened φ36 mm extended shaft, so the wheel mounts on a surface sized and heat-treated to keep its geometry rather than wearing into a reading of its own.

A 3 mm steel body on a Q235 and Q245 frame gives it the mass to absorb spin vibration instead of feeding it back into the sensors, which is what keeps a reading repeatable deep into a busy day.

The 0.25 kW pure-copper-wound motor spins at 180 rpm and returns ±1 g in about 7 seconds, on rims to 30 in, wheels to 34.6 in and assemblies to 143 lbs, running 110V single phase.

The Right Tire Changer and Balancer Combo for Your Shop

For run-flats and stiff sidewalls without a second pair of hands, this package is the pairing: a double side assist arm changer with a bead blast seater and a hardened φ36 mm shaft balancer at ±1 g.
