Katool KT-T810 Bead Blast Tire Changer and KT-B760 Wheel Balancer Package
Modern wheels are wider, the rubber is stiffer, and the tolerance for a comeback is zero. A tire bay built ten years ago fights both ends of that job.
This package is built for it. The KT-T810 carries a bead blast seater with post tank for wheels to 41 in, and the KT-B760 reads them with optical sensors at variable spin speeds to Β±1 g in 7 seconds.
Why Choose the KT-T810 and KT-B760 Package
Both machines are aimed at the wheels that give older equipment trouble.
-
Integrated bead blast seater with post tank β a stored air charge seats stiff low-profile beads on the first attempt.
-
Optical sensor measurement with variable spin speeds β the cycle suits the wheel rather than running one fixed routine on everything.
-
Mount, seat and balance in the same bay β tire work stops leaving the building.
-
41 in wheels, 12β22 in outside clamping β cars, SUVs and light trucks on one changer.

The KT-T810 Changer Side
The bead blast seater defines the KT-T810. A post tank stores shop air and releases it in one burst through the turntable, expanding the tire against the rim flange so the bead seats and the wheel takes pressure immediately.
That single feature removes the worst part of mounting a wide, low-profile fitment β the part usually solved with a ratchet strap and ten minutes nobody billed for.
Underneath it is a rim-clamp swing-arm changer: 2.0 HP turntable at 6.8 r/min, 12β22 in outside and 14β24 in inside clamping, wheels to 41 in and 15 in wide, 410 lbs, on 120V and 0.8β1.0 MPa shop air.
The KT-B760 Balancer Side
The KT-B760 measures with high-resolution optical sensors and calculates static and dynamic imbalance automatically, so a single spin produces both correction planes.
Variable spin speeds are what keep it quick across a mixed board. A light alloy and a loaded light-truck assembly do not want the same routine, and letting the machine adapt holds the cycle near 7 seconds at 180 rpm without over-driving a heavy wheel.
Accuracy is Β±1 gram with on-screen weight placement guidance, so the correction lands where the machine says. It takes rims to 30 in, wheels to 34.64 in and assemblies to 143 lbs on a 0.25 kW motor and 110V single-phase supply.
