Description

Katool KT-T810 Bead Blast Tire Changer and KT-B750 Wheel Balancer Package

Two things slow a tire bay down: a bead that will not seat, and a balancer that stops telling the truth after a few thousand wheels.

This package answers both. The KT-T810 carries an integrated bead blast seater with post tank for wheels to 41 in, and the KT-B750 mounts them on a hardened φ36 mm extended shaft in a 3 mm steel body, reading ±1 g in 7 seconds.

Why Choose the KT-T810 and KT-B750 Package

Both halves are built around the part that usually wears out first.

  • Integrated bead blast seater with post tank — a stored air charge seats stubborn low-profile beads on the first attempt.
  • Hardened φ36 mm extended balancer shaft — the reference surface every reading depends on, sized and heat-treated to hold true.
  • Mount, seat and balance in the same bay — tire work stops leaving the building.
  • 41 in wheels, 12–22 in outside clamping — cars, SUVs and light trucks on one changer.

What's Included

  • Katool KT-T810 rim-clamp tire changer with bead blast seater and post tank
  • Katool KT-B750 digital wheel balancer
  • Standard mounting and balancing tooling for both machines

Made For

Built for shops running real tire volume week after week.

  • Tire shops running modern low-profile fitments
  • Independent auto repair shops adding tire service
  • Fleet maintenance facilities
  • Performance and alloy wheel specialists
  • Used car reconditioning operations

Features

  • Bead blast seater with post tank — stored air released in one burst to seat a stubborn bead
  • 41 in (1,040 mm) max wheel diameter — the passenger and light-truck board
  • 12–22 in outside, 14–24 in inside clamping — steel and alloy wheels in one range
  • 2.0 HP (1.5 kW) turntable at 6.8 r/min — controlled torque through a stiff sidewall
  • Hardened φ36 mm extended balancer shaft — a true reference surface job after job
  • 3 mm steel balancer body on Q235 / Q245 — mass that damps vibration instead of reading it
  • Pure copper winding 0.25 kW motor — built for repeated duty cycles
  • ±1 g accuracy, 7-second cycle at 180 rpm — precise and quick

The KT-T810 Changer Side

The bead blast seater is the KT-T810's defining feature. A post tank stores a charge of shop air and dumps it through the turntable in a single burst, expanding the tire against the rim flange so the bead seats and the wheel takes pressure straight away.

On a wide rim with a stiff low-profile bead, that is the difference between seconds and a ten-minute fight with straps.

The rest is a solid rim-clamp swing-arm changer: 2.0 HP turntable at 6.8 r/min, 12–22 in outside and 14–24 in inside clamping, wheels to 41 in and 15 in wide, 410 lbs, running on 120V and 0.8–1.0 MPa shop air.

The KT-B750 Balancer Side

Balancer accuracy starts at the shaft. The KT-B750 uses a hardened φ36 mm extended shaft, so the wheel mounts on a surface sized and heat-treated to keep its geometry rather than wearing into a reading of its own.

Around it sits a 3 mm steel body on a Q235 and Q245 frame. That mass absorbs spin vibration instead of transmitting it to the sensors, which keeps the fiftieth wheel of the day as repeatable as the first.

The 0.25 kW motor uses pure copper windings and spins at 180 rpm, returning ±1 g in about 7 seconds. It takes rims to 30 in, wheels to 34.6 in and assemblies to 143 lbs on 110V single-phase power.

The Right Tire Changer and Balancer Combo for Your Shop

For a bay that seats hard beads and holds its accuracy, this package is the pairing: a bead blast seater changer rated to 41 in and a hardened φ36 mm shaft balancer reading ±1 g in 7 seconds.
