Katool KT-T810 Bead Blast Tire Changer and KT-B700 Wheel Balancer Package
Every tire tech knows the wheel that will not seat. Wide rim, stiff low-profile bead, and ten minutes gone chasing a seal that a burst of air would have set instantly.
This package solves it at the machine. The KT-T810 has an integrated bead blast seater with post tank alongside 41 in capacity and a 2.0 HP turntable, and the KT-B700 finishes the wheel to ±1 g in 7 seconds.

The KT-T810 Changer Side
The bead blast seater is what separates the KT-T810. A post tank holds a charge of shop air and releases it in a single burst through the turntable, expanding the tire against the rim flange so the bead seats and the wheel takes pressure.
Without it, a wide rim with a stiff low-profile bead becomes a job for ratchet straps and patience. With it, the same wheel seats in seconds and the tech moves on.
The rest is a straightforward rim-clamp swing-arm changer: 2.0 HP turntable at 6.8 r/min, 12ā22 in outside and 14ā24 in inside clamping, wheels to 41 in and 15 in wide, 410 lbs, on a 120V supply and 0.8ā1.0 MPa shop air.
The KT-B700 Balancer Side
The KT-B700 spins at 180 rpm and returns a reading in about 7 seconds, accurate to ±1 gram, calculating static and dynamic imbalance automatically so both planes are handled in one operation.
On-screen weight placement guidance keeps the result consistent. The display shows where the correction goes instead of leaving it to judgment, which matters when more than one person works the machine.
It handles rims to 30 in, wheels to 34.64 in overall and assemblies to 143 lbs, on a 0.25 kW motor and 120V single-phase power ā the same supply as the changer.
