Description

Katool KT-T800 Tire Changer and KT-B760 Wheel Balancer Package

A tire bay is only as fast as its slowest half. Mount four wheels in fifteen minutes and it means nothing if each one then sits waiting on a balancer that takes its time.

This package puts both halves on the floor. The KT-T800 rim-clamp changer takes wheels to 41 in on a 2.0 HP motor, and the KT-B760 reads them with optical sensors to Β±1 g in 7 seconds β€” with variable spin speeds so the cycle suits the wheel.

Why Choose the KT-T800 and KT-B760 Package

The balancer half is built for repeat throughput, not just a good first reading.

  • Optical sensor measurement β€” high-resolution readings with automatic static and dynamic imbalance detection.
  • Variable spin speeds β€” the cycle adapts to the wheel instead of running one fixed routine on everything.
  • Mount and balance in the same bay β€” tire work stops leaving the building.
  • 41 in wheel capacity on the changer β€” cars, SUVs and light trucks on one machine.

What's Included

  • Katool KT-T800 rim-clamp tire changer
  • Katool KT-B760 optical-sensor wheel balancer
  • Standard mounting and balancing tooling for both machines

Made For

Built for shops where tire volume is the point.

  • High-volume tire shops
  • Independent auto repair shops adding tire service
  • Fleet maintenance facilities
  • Performance and alloy wheel specialists
  • Used car reconditioning operations

Features

  • 41 in (1,040 mm) max wheel diameter β€” the passenger and light-truck board
  • 12–22 in outside, 14–24 in inside clamping β€” steel and alloy wheels in one range
  • 2.0 HP (1.5 kW) turntable at 6.8 r/min β€” controlled torque through a stiff sidewall
  • 410 lb changer on Q235 / Q245 steel β€” mass where the bead breaker needs it
  • High-resolution optical sensor system β€” clear, repeatable balance data
  • Automatic static and dynamic imbalance detection β€” both planes corrected in one spin
  • Variable spin speeds, 7-second cycle at 180 rpm β€” fast without losing the reading
  • Β±1 g accuracy with on-screen weight guidance β€” the display shows where the weight goes

The KT-T800 Changer Side

The KT-T800 is a rim-clamp swing-arm changer with a 2.0 HP turntable motor at 6.8 r/min. That unhurried rotation is deliberate β€” it gives the tech time to read the bead and stop before a rim gets marked.

Clamping covers 12–22 in outside and 14–24 in inside, taking wheels to 41 in and 15 in wide. Steel, alloy and low-profile fitments all sit inside that range without a tooling change.

At 410 lbs on a Q235 and Q245 steel frame it stays planted through a bead break, running on 110V single phase and 0.8–1.0 MPa shop air.

The KT-B760 Balancer Side

The KT-B760 measures with high-resolution optical sensors and calculates static and dynamic imbalance automatically, so both correction planes come off a single spin.

Variable spin speeds are the throughput feature. A light alloy and a loaded light-truck wheel do not need the same routine, and letting the machine adjust keeps the cycle honest at around 7 seconds and 180 rpm without pushing a heavy assembly harder than it should go.

Accuracy is Β±1 gram, with on-screen weight placement guidance so the correction gets applied where the machine says rather than where a tech estimates. It takes rims to 30 in, wheels to 34.64 in and assemblies to 143 lbs on a 0.25 kW motor and 110V single-phase supply.

The Right Tire Changer and Balancer Combo for Your Shop

For a tire bay built around volume, this package is the pairing: a 41 in, 2.0 HP changer and an optical-sensor balancer with variable spin speeds and Β±1 g accuracy.
