Katool KT-T800 Tire Changer and KT-B750 Wheel Balancer Package
A balancer shaft that has taken a few thousand wheels starts to tell lies. Runout at the shaft becomes imbalance on the readout, and the tech chases weight that was never on the wheel.
This package pairs the KT-T800 rim-clamp changer β 41 in wheels, 2.0 HP β with the KT-B750, built on a hardened Ο36 mm extended shaft and a 3 mm steel body. It reads to Β±1 g in 7 seconds and keeps doing it.
Why Choose the KT-T800 and KT-B750 Package
It is a complete tire bay built around a balancer meant to stay accurate under volume.
-
Hardened Ο36 mm extended shaft β the reference surface every reading depends on, sized and hardened to hold true.
-
Mount and balance in the same bay β tire work stops leaving the building.
-
41 in wheel capacity, 12β22 in outside clamping β cars, SUVs and light trucks on one changer.
-
Β±1 g accuracy in a 7-second cycle β precision that does not cost throughput.

The KT-T800 Changer Side
The KT-T800 is a rim-clamp swing-arm changer with a 2.0 HP turntable motor turning at a deliberate 6.8 r/min. Slow rotation is what lets a tech watch the bead and stop before a rim gets marked.
Clamping runs 12β22 in from outside and 14β24 in from inside, with wheels to 41 in diameter and 15 in wide. Steel wheels, alloys and low-profile fitments are all inside that range.
At 410 lbs on a Q235 and Q245 steel frame it does not walk when the bead breaker works, and it runs on standard 0.8β1.0 MPa shop air and a 110V single-phase supply.
The KT-B750 Balancer Side
Balancer accuracy starts at the shaft. The KT-B750 uses a hardened Ο36 mm extended shaft, which means the wheel mounts on a surface that has been sized and heat-treated to keep its geometry rather than wearing into a reading of its own.
Around it sits a 3 mm steel body on a Q235 and Q245 frame. That mass absorbs vibration from the spin instead of transmitting it into the sensors, which is what keeps a reading repeatable on the fiftieth wheel of the day.
The 0.25 kW motor uses pure copper windings and spins at 180 rpm, returning Β±1 g in about 7 seconds. It handles rims to 30 in, wheels to 34.6 in and assemblies to 143 lbs on 110V single-phase power.
The Right Tire Changer and Balancer Combo for Your Shop
