The KT-T160 Changer Side
The KT-T160 is an electro-hydraulic machine built for trucks, buses, tractors and earth-moving vehicles. Working pressure is up to 130 bar, and the force comes from two motors ā a 1.5 kW (2.0 HP) pump and a 2.2 kW (3.0 HP) gearbox ā so it keeps delivering through a full cycle rather than fading on the hard part.
The multifix clamping system covers 14ā26 in rims, with wheels to 62 in diameter and 30 in wide. A powerful beak and disk bead-breaking system handles commercial beads without the improvisation those tires usually require.
Multifunctional controls let the operator work from several positions around the machine, which matters when the assembly is taller than they are. Low-voltage electrical components handle operator safety, and at 570 kg (1,257 lbs) the machine has the mass its job demands. Supply is 220V single phase.
The KT-B795L Balancer Side
The pneumatic lift is the reason this balancer belongs in a commercial bay. It raises the wheel off the floor and positions it on the shaft, so a 330 lb assembly that used to need two techs and a careful count becomes one operator's job.
That changes the economics twice: throughput goes up, and the back injuries that come with manhandling commercial wheels stop being part of the process.
Laser-guided balancing resolves imbalance to within 1 gram on rims from 13 to 24 in, wheels up to about 51 in across and rim widths from 1.5 to 20 in. The cycle takes about 8 seconds at 180 rpm on a 0.55 kW motor and 220V single-phase power, running under 65 dB ā quiet for a machine this size.
