Katool KT-90E Dual Gun Body Spot Welder and Dent Puller System
A dent in the middle of a door skin has no backside to push from. Drill it and you have created rust in two years; pull it with a suction cup and nothing moves at all.
The Katool KT-90E welds a stud to the panel face, pulls the dent out, and the stud comes off. Two separate guns handle welding and pulling, 0.6+1.2 mm single-sided welding across 7 selectable modes.
Why Choose the KT-90E
It fixes dents from the outside, which is the only option on a closed panel.
-
Single-sided welding at 0.6+1.2 mm — dents come out without drilling, cutting or removing interior trim.
-
Two separate guns — welding and pulling stay set up at the same time, no swapping tips mid-repair.
-
7 welding modes with adjustable power — thin skins and heavier panels each get the right setting.
-
Automatic overheating protection — the unit protects itself during a long session on a big panel.

Pulling a Dent From the Outside
Most panels on a modern car are closed. There is no access behind a door skin or a quarter panel without cutting into the structure or stripping the interior, and neither is a reasonable answer to a parking-lot ding.
Stud welding works from the face. The gun spot-welds a stud or a pull ring to the low spot, the puller draws the metal back to contour, and the stud is snapped off and the mark dressed. Nothing is drilled, so nothing rusts from the inside out two winters later.
The KT-90E carries two guns so the welding tip and the pulling attachment are both live. On a dent needing several pulls that removes the constant swapping that turns a twenty-minute job into an hour.
Control Over the Heat
Too much current burns through a thin skin; too little makes a stud that pops off under load. Seven selectable modes with adjustable power let the operator match the setting to the panel, and a digital display shows exactly which is selected.
Both automatic and manual operation are available — automatic for repeatable cycles across a series of pulls, manual when a specific spot needs judgment.
The body is stainless steel with thick pure copper wiring, which keeps resistance down where the current is highest. Cooling is a fan-less side vent design with automatic overheat protection, so there is no fan drawing shop dust and grinding debris through the electronics during a long session.
