Four mechanical locking devices—one per column—each carry a primary and secondary safety lock, holding the runways at every working height instead of resting on hydraulics. Adjustable lock ladders keep all four corners level.

A single‑point manual release drops every lock at once when it's time to lower. The lift is CE approved and certified, built to the 115% dynamic loading standard and tested at 150% of its static rated load.

Truck Capacity on Household Power

Running on 110V/60Hz/1PH, the KT‑4H110 plugs into the power your garage already has, so there is no panel work and no electrician before installation. If you would rather run it on shop power, the KT‑4PL220 220V pump add‑on covers that.

The powerside column can be installed on either side, front or rear, so the pump sits where your bay layout needs it. Full cycle time is 83 seconds up and 40 seconds down.
