Description

Katool AV9 Pro Fully Automatic 3D Wheel Aligner for 2-Post and Scissor Lifts

An alignment job that takes three trips across the bay to crank a camera post is a job that costs more than it earns. Do it ten times a week and the machine is working against the tech.

The Katool AV9 Pro is a full-automatic 3D wheel aligner built to run on the 2-post or scissor lift already in the shop. Two 5 mega-pixel cameras ride on a remote-controlled post that tracks vehicle height automatically, and it arrives with alignment targets and two turntables so the first car can go on the rack the day it lands.

Why Choose the AV9 Pro

Everything that normally slows an alignment down is automated or already in the box.

  • Remote-controlled automatic post height tracking — the cameras follow the lift, so the tech never leaves the car to chase the post.
  • 5 mega-pixel optical measurement — high-resolution imaging reads the targets from 59 to 118 in away, covering short and long wheelbases from one position.
  • Targets and two turntables included — a complete alignment setup out of the crate, not a parts list to finish.
  • Runs on your existing 2-post or scissor lift — no dedicated rack and no bay permanently committed to alignment.

What's Included

  • Katool AV9 Pro dual-camera 3D alignment system with remote-controlled post
  • Storage cart
  • Monitor
  • Tablet
  • Keyboard and mouse
  • Alignment targets
  • Two turntables
  • WiFi device
  • USB drive

Made For

Built for shops running alignment as steady, repeatable volume.

  • Independent auto repair shops
  • Tire and wheel service centers
  • Suspension and performance shops
  • Fleet maintenance facilities
  • Dealership service departments

Features

  • Two 5 mega-pixel 3D cameras — high-resolution optical measurement, nothing clamped to the rim face
  • Camera-to-turntable range 59 to 118 in (1500–3000 mm) — short and long wheelbases read from one setup position
  • Remote-controlled post with automatic height tracking — camera position follows the lift on its own
  • Measures toe, total toe, camber, caster, thrust angle, SAI and included angle — diagnosis and adjustment from one setup
  • Alignment targets and two turntables in the box — nothing else to source before the first job
  • Android and iOS software with synchronous display — live readings on the monitor, tablet or a phone
  • Global vehicle database with unlimited specification memory — factory numbers for US, European and Asian brands on hand
  • 100–240V, 50/60 Hz single phase — plugs into standard shop power

The Post Does Its Own Work

On a lift-based alignment system the cameras have to sit level with the wheels, and the lift moves several times during a job. A manual post turns that into a walk, a crank, and a walk back — every time.

The AV9 Pro post is remote-controlled and tracks vehicle height automatically. Raise the car to get underneath, drop it to settle the suspension, and the cameras stay where they need to be without anyone touching them.

The 5 mega-pixel cameras read the targets anywhere from 59 to 118 in away, so a compact car and a long-wheelbase van are both covered without dragging the beam around the bay. The tech's hands stay on the adjustment and their eyes stay on the reading.

A Complete Alignment Setup Out of the Crate

The AV9 Pro arrives with the storage cart, monitor, tablet, keyboard and mouse, alignment targets, two turntables, a WiFi device and a USB drive. Turntables in particular are the part shops usually discover they are missing on the first job — here they are already in the box.

The software runs on Android and iOS rather than a proprietary platform, and readings display synchronously across the monitor, the tablet and a phone. Rear toe gets set while watching the number move, and a customer can be shown the measured angle next to the factory spec on a screen they can actually read.

The vehicle database covers US, European and Asian brands, and specification memory is unlimited, so factory targets and customer records stay on the machine rather than in a binder.

The Right Wheel Aligner for Your Shop

For alignment volume on a lift you already own, the AV9 Pro is the machine: 5 mega-pixel 3D measurement, a remote auto-tracking post, and targets plus two turntables included.
