Description

Katool AV651 Mobile 3D Wheel Aligner for Lift-Based Alignment

Alignment work walks out the door of a lot of good shops. Not because the techs cannot do it, but because a rack and a pit want a whole bay and the bay is already booked.

The Katool AV651 is a mobile 3D wheel aligner that runs on the 2-post or scissor lift already in the shop. Two cameras read the wheels optically, the software runs on Android and iOS, and there is no calibration procedure at installation — position it and start measuring.

Why Choose the AV651

It puts professional alignment on a lift that is already in the building.

  • Runs on your existing 2-post or scissor lift — no dedicated rack, no pit, no bay permanently spoken for.
  • No calibration procedure at installation — the system reads accurately from the moment it is set in place.
  • Live readings mirror to a phone or tablet — the tech reads toe from the back of the car instead of walking to the screen.
  • Unlimited spec memory with free yearly database updates — factory numbers for US, European and Asian brands stay current.

What's Included

  • Katool AV651 dual-camera 3D alignment system with manually adjustable post
  • Tablet
  • 30-inch display screen
  • Mouse and keypad
  • WiFi device
  • USB drive

Made For

Built for shops that want alignment revenue out of the floor space they already have.

  • Independent auto repair shops
  • Tire and wheel service centers
  • Suspension and brake specialists
  • Fleet maintenance facilities
  • Small-footprint and multi-bay shops

Features

  • Two-camera 3D measurement system — wheel angles read optically, nothing clamped to the rim face
  • Manually adjustable post — set the camera height for the vehicle and it stays exactly where the tech put it
  • No calibration required at installation — accurate readings without a setup procedure
  • Android and iOS software platform — synchronous display on phones and tablets around the car
  • Unlimited vehicle specification memory — no cap on stored specs or customer records
  • US, European and Asian vehicle database, free yearly updates — new model years stay covered
  • Tire diameter 9 27/32 to 31 1/2 in, track width up to 177 11/64 in — covers cars, SUVs and light trucks
  • 100–240V, 50/60 Hz single phase — plugs into standard shop power

3D Measurement Without a Dedicated Bay

The AV651 measures wheel geometry with two cameras reading targets on the wheels. Nothing clamps to the rim face, so a scuffed lip or a bent flange does not become an alignment error, and there are no measuring heads to knock out of true on a busy Friday.

Because the whole system is mobile and works with a standard 2-post or scissor lift, alignment becomes something a shop schedules rather than something a shop is built around. The bay goes back to brakes or suspension work as soon as the car comes down.

Setup does not require a calibration procedure. Position the post at the right height for the vehicle, and the system is ready to read.

Alignment Data Where the Tech Is Standing

The software runs on Android and iOS rather than a proprietary platform, and the readings display synchronously across devices. The included 30-inch screen shows the full alignment picture, while the tablet or a phone carries the same live numbers to wherever the adjustment is being made.

Rear toe is where that pays off. Instead of adjusting, walking to the monitor, and walking back, the tech watches the number move while turning the link.

The same screens work for the customer. Showing a measured angle next to the factory spec turns a recommendation into a demonstration. The vehicle database covers US, European and Asian brands with free yearly updates, and specification memory is unlimited, so the reference number is always on hand.

The Right Wheel Aligner for Your Shop

To start selling alignment without rebuilding the shop around it, the AV651 is the machine: dual-camera 3D measurement, no calibration at installation, and a mobile build that works on the lift you already own.
