A Full-Rise Lift That Gives the Floor Back

Recessed into the slab, the KT-X95's platforms sit flush with the floor — cars park over it, carts roll across it, and nothing interrupts the bay. Raise it and the same footprint becomes a 72.3 in full-rise lift.

With no columns, there is nothing beside the doors and nothing to drive between. The 58.9 in platforms with composite rubber blocks meet the vehicle at its lift points.

Air-Locked Safety at Height

Mechanical locks carry the load at working height, released pneumatically on a 6–8 kgf/cm² air supply — lowering is a deliberate, two-step action. The height limit switch stops travel at maximum extension.

The 24V control system keeps the operator on safe voltage, and the 20 MPa rated hydraulic circuit is driven by a 2.2 kW motor on either 110V or 220V single-phase power. The structure is Q235/Q245 steel, CE tested to 115% dynamic and 150% static load.
