Katool KT-N80 Tire Nitrogen Generator with 70 Litre Tank
Shop air is roughly a fifth oxygen and carries whatever moisture the compressor picked up. Both leak out through the rubber faster than nitrogen does, which is why a tire checked in March is low again by May.
The Katool KT-N80 makes its own nitrogen on site at 95% to 99.5% purity, stores it in a 70 litre tank, and inflates to a preset pressure to ±1 psi on just 30 watts.
Why Choose the KT-N80
It turns a bottled-gas service into an on-tap one.
-
Generates nitrogen on site — no cylinder rental, no restocking runs, no running out mid-job.
-
Adjustable 95% to 99.5% purity — dial the level to the job rather than accepting one fixed output.
-
±1 psi inflation accuracy — set the pressure, walk away, and it stops where it should.
-
30 W power draw — running costs that do not eat the margin on the service.

Nitrogen on Tap Instead of in Cylinders
Buying nitrogen in bottles means a standing rental, a restocking schedule, and the certainty that a cylinder empties on the busiest afternoon of the month.
The KT-N80 separates nitrogen from the air the shop compressor already supplies, so the only inputs are air and 30 watts. Purity is adjustable between 95% and 99.5%, and the 70 litre tank holds a working reserve so the machine is not generating in real time while a customer waits.
Input pressure is up to 10 bar (1 MPa) and output runs below 8 bar (0.8 MPa) — both inside what a normal shop compressor delivers, so there is no separate air plant to install.
Set the Pressure and Let It Work
Inflation runs to a preset target with automatic monitoring, accurate to ±1 psi (0.07 bar) across a 5 to 145 psi range. The tech sets the number, connects the hose and moves on — all four corners come out matched rather than eyeballed.
The LED display shows target and actual pressure clearly enough to read from a step away, which is what keeps it a background task rather than something that needs standing over.
The unit runs on 110V 60 Hz or 220V single-phase 60 Hz and works between –20°C and +70°C, so an unheated winter bay is as workable as a hot one. Construction is Q235 and Q245 steel.
The Right Nitrogen Generator for Your Shop
To sell nitrogen service without renting cylinders, the KT-N80 is the machine: 95–99.5% purity on demand, a 70 L tank, and ±1 psi accuracy on 30 W.
