Herkules L1200 Low-Profile Scissor Lift — 6,000 lbs Capacity, 4.6" Closed

Working under a car on jack stands is the part of the job nobody wants and everybody does. It is slow, it is awkward, and it is where people get hurt.

The L1200 lifts 6,000 lbs to a working height of 36.125 inches. It closes to 4.6 inches, so it slides under low vehicles that will not clear a conventional lift, and it runs on shop air rather than a hydraulic power unit.

Why Choose the Herkules L1200

6,000 lbs on shop air, at a closed height most lifts cannot match.

  • 6,000 lbs at a 4.6 inches closed height — it goes under the cars a two-post cannot reach.
  • Surface mounted or recessed, so it suits a finished floor or a pit.

Made For

Built for shops lifting vehicles where a two-post lift will not fit or will not go low enough.

  • Collision repair shops
  • Independent general repair shops
  • Tire and brake service bays
  • Detail and reconditioning shops
  • Mobile and fleet service operations

Features

  • 6,000 lbs — the rated load, on a lift that runs off standard shop air.
  • 4.6 inches lowered — low enough to slide under sports cars and lowered vehicles.
  • 36.125 inches raised — the working height at full extension.
  • 31.625 inches of travel — the usable stroke between lowered and raised.
  • 44 inches x 67 inches platform — the deck the vehicle sits on.
  • 36" x 62" base — the footprint it occupies on your floor.
  • Frame lifting via adjustable swing arms — how the lift takes the weight of the vehicle.
  • Foot pedal operation — the control the operator actually uses.

Air Instead of Hydraulics

This lift runs on standard shop air. There is no hydraulic power unit to plumb, no reservoir to top up, and no oil to leak onto a finished floor.

That matters most in a paint or collision shop, where a hydraulic weep is a contamination problem as much as a maintenance one.

Air reaches the lift through a 12 feet hose, which is enough to keep the operator clear of the vehicle while it is moving.

Getting It Into the Bay

At 4.6 inches closed it slides under low-clearance vehicles that a two-post or a taller scissor simply cannot reach. That is the whole argument for a low-profile lift.

It is surface mounted or recessed, so you are not committed to one floor layout.

Shipping weight is 1,020 lbs. Work out how it comes off the truck and across the floor before it arrives.

The Right Scissor Lift for Your Shop
