What the Clips Hold
A load leveler bunk has welded channels along the top. True lumber sits in those channels and levels the surface the freight rests on — it also protects the aluminum extrusion from being ground by steel.
The clips are what keep that lumber in the channel. Three per leveler is the specified count, and this pack is three.

Matching the Clip to Your Tube
Lumber that creeps out of the channel puts the load onto bare aluminum. The extrusion takes the damage and the surface stops being level, and neither shows up until unloading.
The size on this page is the tube thickness the clip fits, not the clip body. Measure the leveler tube before ordering: a 5" tube takes the 5" clip, a 6" tube takes the 6". The 5" clip measures 6" x 2-1/2" x 3".
