30 Metric Ton Hydraulic Workshop Press With 2-Step Pump and Adjustable Bench
Bearings, bushings and seals don't come out with a hammer. Beat on them and you wreck the part or the housing.
The Chicago Pneumatic CP86301 puts 66,100 lb of controlled force on the part. A 2-step pump moves the ram fast to the work, then slows down so you can feel the load build on the gauge.

2-step stroke system — fast approach, then a small stroke for fine tuning
-
Large dual-scale gauge — reads in short tons and metric tons
-
Movable cylinder — line the ram up with the part instead of moving the part
-
Adjustable workbench — 2 removable steel rods and a winch set the bench height
-
Steel frame — 2 holes in each foot to anchor the press to the floor
-
Rubber-grip pump handle — easy on the hands during long pressing jobs
Two-Step Pump for Speed and Control
In the closed setting, the pump runs the full stroke and brings the ram down to the part fast. Switch to open and the small stroke takes over, so you can add load a little at a time.
The large gauge reads in short tons and metric tons. You see exactly how much force is on the part before something gives.
A Bench You Can Set Up Alone
The workbench rides on 2 removable steel rods. A dedicated winch raises and lowers it, so one tech can change the bench height without help.
The cylinder moves along the frame to line up with the work. Bolt the press down through the 2 holes in each foot for a stable base at 66,100 lb of force.
