Description

Black Widow ProLift HD Pneumatic Motorcycle Lift Table β€” 1,500 lb on Shop Air

Working on a bike at floor level means kneeling on concrete for every job that lives below the tank. An hour of that is uncomfortable; a career of it is a back problem.

The ProLift HD raises the bike to 31-1/4 inches on shop air, holds 1,500 lbs, and locks on an eight-position mechanical latch bar so the load sits on steel rather than on air pressure.

Why Choose the ProLift HD

A working height, and a mechanical lock to hold it.

  • 7 in to 31-1/4 in of travel β€” loads at ankle height, works at waist height.
  • Eight-position safety latch bar β€” mechanical locking at working heights, not just at the top.
  • Rear drop-out panel β€” lift the back wheel clear for chain, sprocket and tyre work.
  • 1,500 lb capacity on a 105-1/2 in deck β€” full-dress touring bikes with room for tools.

What's Included

  • Black Widow ProLift HD pneumatic lift table
  • 20 in removable approach ramp
  • Adjustable wheel clamp and vise
  • Motorcycle centre jack
  • Front wheel stop and tie-down eyelets
  • Heavy-duty dolly wheels
  • Removable rear drop-out panel

Made For

Built for anyone who services bikes often enough that floor level stops being acceptable.

  • Motorcycle repair shops and dealerships
  • Custom and restoration builders
  • Home garages with compressed air available
  • Riders maintaining a heavy touring bike or bagger
  • Race and track support with repeated wheel work

Features

  • 1,500 lb maximum capacity β€” covers full-dress cruisers
  • 105-1/2 in x 24 in deck β€” bike plus working space
  • 7 in minimum height β€” a short ramp angle to load
  • 31-1/4 in maximum height β€” standing work, not kneeling
  • Pneumatic operation on 90-110 psi β€” foot pedal control
  • Eight-position latch bar β€” mechanical lock at multiple heights
  • Rear drop-out panel β€” removable for rear wheel access
  • Adjustable wheel clamp with large knob β€” holds the front end upright
  • Front wheel stop and tie-down eyelets β€” the bike stays put
  • Dolly wheels β€” reposition the table when it is empty
  • Powder-coated steel β€” 350 lbs of table, finished against solvents

Air Lifts It, Steel Holds It

A pneumatic table is quick β€” a foot pedal and the bike is up. The question that matters is what happens if the air line is disturbed while someone is under the machine.

On this table the answer is the eight-position latch bar. Once the deck reaches a working height the bar drops into a notch and the load transfers off the air ram onto mechanical steel. That is the difference between a lift and a jack.

Eight positions rather than two or three means there is nearly always a lock close to the height you actually want, so nobody is tempted to work at an unlocked height because the nearest notch was six inches away.

Access Where the Work Is

The rear drop-out panel is the feature that earns its place. Pull it and the back wheel hangs clear of the deck β€” chain, sprocket, brake and tyre work all become reachable without jacking the bike a second time on top of the table.

The included centre jack does the same for the middle of the bike, lifting it off the deck surface so wheels can come off entirely.

At the other end, the adjustable wheel clamp and front stop hold the bike upright and stop it rolling forward, and the tie-down eyelets take straps for anything that needs to be genuinely locked down. The 20-inch approach ramp lifts off when it is in the way.

The Right Lift Table for Your Shop

To get a heavy bike off the floor and hold it there safely, the ProLift HD is the table: 1,500 lbs, 31-1/4 in of lift, and an eight-position mechanical lock.

Don't wait β€” scroll back up and click the orange Add to Cart button to get this lift table on its way to your shop.
