3-in-1 Wheel Alignment and ADAS Calibration Frame with Optical Target Placement
Measuring a calibration frame into position with tape and plumb lines is slow. Miss by a little and the ADAS calibration fails. And the alignment still needs a separate machine in another bay.
The Autel MaxiSYS IA900WA does alignment and ADAS calibration from one frame. Six HD cameras on the crossbar read the wheel targets and tell you exactly where to move the frame. It runs from a MaxiSYS Ultra ADAS tablet with ADAS activation, sold separately.
Why Choose the IA900WA
Optical target placement replaces the tape measure for frame setup.
-
0.02° alignment accuracy from six 3072 × 2048 HD cameras
-
Optical frame positioning — Autel rates it 6x faster than mechanical measuring
-
Automatic crossbar height — tracks the vehicle on the lift, down to as low as 6 in
-
Unlevel floor compensation — choose level floor, unlevel floor or on a rack

- IA900WA calibration frame (AUTEL-CSC9000) with 24 in touchscreen display

Optical Frame Placement
The frame cameras recognize the targeted wheel clamps and calculate the frame's angle, distance and offset to the vehicle. On-screen prompts tell you which way to move or turn the frame. A green check appears for each value once it is in position.
Press a button and the crossbar drives to the correct calibration height. It keeps tracking the vehicle on the lift, from full alignment height down to 6 in. Unlevel floor compensation covers shop floors with drains and slopes.
Alignment Beyond Camber, Caster and Toe
The same six cameras run a 4-wheel alignment for U.S., Asian and European vehicles, 1996 and newer. Wheelbases from 80 to 220 in and tires from 19 to 37 in are supported.
Readings go past the basics: thrust angle, SAI, toe-out on turns, tire diameter, wheel-off and raised adjustments, and cradle or subframe adjustment. Step-by-step illustrations show the tools needed and where to adjust.
