The Autel MaxiSYS IA900AS brings alignment and full ADAS calibration in-house on one frame. Six HD cameras read the wheel targets and guide frame placement. The All Systems kit adds targets, patterns and calibrators for cameras, radar, LIDAR and night vision units. It runs from a MaxiSYS Ultra ADAS tablet with ADAS activation, sold separately.

Optical Frame Placement

The frame cameras recognize the targeted wheel clamps and calculate the frame's angle, distance and offset to the vehicle. On-screen prompts tell you which way to move or turn the frame. A green check appears for each value once it is in position.

Press a button and the crossbar drives to the correct calibration height. It keeps tracking the vehicle on the lift, from full alignment height down to 6 in.

Full ADAS Coverage Plus Alignment

The All Systems kit covers forward cameras, radar, LIDAR and night vision. Autel's LDW targets and patterns cover brands including Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, Toyota, Lexus, Mazda, Subaru, Volkswagen and Audi.

The same six cameras run a 4-wheel alignment for U.S., Asian and European vehicles. Wheelbases from 80 to 220 in and tires from 19 to 37 in are supported, with thrust angle, SAI and toe-out on turns beyond camber, caster and toe.
