Modular ADAS Calibration Frame With Robotic Crossbar, Optical Target Positioning and Wheel Alignment Pre-Check
ADAS calibration starts with a straight car and a target in exactly the right spot. Measure it by hand, get it a little off, and the camera fails calibration.
The Autel MaxiSYS IA700 uses a robotic crossbar and 6 HD positioning and tracking cameras to place the target, run a wheel alignment pre-check and compensate for an unlevel floor. It works with the MA600 and IA900 targets, patterns and calibration components, so MA600 and IA900 owners can put the targets they already have on it.
Why Choose the IA700
Optical target positioning takes the tape measure out of ADAS calibration.
-
Robotic crossbar with 6 HD cameras positions the target optically, no tape measure
-
Wheel alignment pre-check before every calibration
-
Works with MA600 and IA900 targets, patterns and calibration components
-
Breaks down into 5 parts in under 90 seconds for transport or storage
What's Included
- IA700 modular ADAS calibration frame with robotic crossbar
- 4 tire clamps with camera targets
- Steering wheel lock and brake chocks
- Power supply, alignment aid and frame cover
Made For
Built for shops that want ADAS calibration in-house, and for MA600 and IA900 owners adding a second calibration frame.
- Collision repair shops recalibrating cameras after repairs
- Auto repair shops adding ADAS calibration to their services
- Tire and alignment shops
- Mobile ADAS technicians moving from shop to shop
- Existing MA600 and IA900 users adding calibration capacity
Features
-
6 HD positioning and tracking cameras — optical target positioning
-
Robotic crossbar — sets the vertical calibration position automatically
-
0.02° vertical accuracy — on the robotic crossbar position
-
Wheel alignment pre-check — confirms the vehicle is within OE tolerance before you calibrate
-
Unlevel floor compensation — the system prompts the correction
-
MA600 and IA900 compatible — targets, patterns and calibration components
-
Modular frame — 5 primary parts in under 90 seconds
Optical Positioning Instead of a Tape Measure
Six HD cameras on the IA700 frame track the camera targets on the 4 tire clamps and calculate the angle, distance and offset of the frame to the vehicle. On-screen prompts tell you how to move the frame until every value checks green.
The robotic crossbar sets the vertical calibration position with 0.02° accuracy, and the system prompts you to correct for an unlevel floor or a rack.
Add It to the Tablet and Targets You Have
The IA700 runs from any MaxiSYS MS909, MS919 or MS Ultra tablet with the ADAS calibration software upgrade card (both sold separately). That gives static and dynamic ADAS calibration coverage for most U.S., Asian and European ADAS-equipped vehicles.
It takes MA600 and IA900 targets, patterns and calibration components. An IA900 shop can run a second calibration bay without buying a second set of targets.
When the job is done, the frame breaks down into 5 primary parts in under 90 seconds, and the frame cover keeps it clean in storage.
The Right ADAS Calibration System for Your Shop
The Autel MaxiSYS IA700 gives you optical target positioning, a robotic crossbar, a wheel alignment pre-check and a frame that works with the MA600 and IA900 targets you already own.
