Robotic ADAS Calibration and 3D Wheel Alignment on One Autel IA1000 Frame
Setting ADAS targets by hand eats bay time. You measure, move the stand, measure again. Get it a little off and the camera fails calibration. Then the alignment needs its own machine.
The Autel MaxiSYS IA1000ASTDT does both jobs on one frame. Six HD cameras read the wheel targets for 4-wheel alignment, and the robotic crossbar moves the forward-facing target into place on its own. This All Systems package adds LDW targets, radar, LIDAR, night vision and AVM calibration equipment, 27 in digital target monitors and the MaxiSYS Ultra S2 tablet.
Why Choose the IA1000ASTDT
Robotic target placement takes the hand-measuring out of ADAS calibration.
-
5-way robotic target placement β vertical, horizontal, front-to-back, plus pitch, roll and yaw adjustment
-
0.02Β° alignment accuracy from six 3072 Γ 2048 HD cameras
-
Laser-guided Blind Spot, ACC and AVM pattern positioning with automatic unlevel floor compensation
-
Digital LDW targets β the tablet projects the right pattern to the monitors, no target swapping

Made For
Built for shops that want ADAS calibration and alignment work in-house instead of subletting it.
- Collision repair shops recalibrating cameras and radar after repairs
- Auto repair shops adding ADAS calibration to alignment work
- Tire and alignment shops
- Dealership service departments
- Glass shops recalibrating forward cameras after windshield replacement

Robotic Target Placement
Roll the frame into place in front of the vehicle and start the calibration from the tablet. The crossbar moves up and down, side to side and front to back, then fine-tunes pitch, roll and yaw to match the OE procedure.
Blind Spot, ACC and AVM patterns are placed with laser guides, and the system compensates for an unlevel floor automatically. A digital Go/No-Go check confirms each target is in spec before the procedure moves on.
The digital target monitors show the LDW pattern the tablet selects, with self-adjusting brightness. That replaces most of the physical target boards you would otherwise store and swap.
Alignment and Diagnostics in One System
The same six cameras handle 4-wheel alignment for U.S., Asian and European vehicles. Wheelbases from 80 to 220 in and tires from 19 to 37 in are supported.
Everything runs from the MaxiSYS Ultra S2 tablet with the MaxiFlash VCMI 2. It handles the diagnostic scan, the alignment and the ADAS calibration, with OE-sourced procedures and pre- and post-scan reports for every job.
