Robotic ADAS Target Placement and 3D Wheel Alignment Calibration Frame
Setting ADAS targets by hand eats bay time. You measure, move the stand, measure again. Get it a little off and the camera fails calibration. Then the alignment needs its own machine.
The Autel MaxiSYS IA1000 does both jobs on one frame. Six HD cameras read the wheel targets for 4-wheel alignment, and the robotic crossbar moves the forward-facing target into place on its own. This is the frame package: it runs from a MaxiSYS Ultra S2 tablet with IA1000 activation, sold separately.
Why Choose the IA1000
Robotic target placement takes the hand-measuring out of ADAS calibration.
-
5-way robotic target placement — vertical, horizontal, front-to-back, plus pitch, roll and yaw adjustment
-
0.02° alignment accuracy from six 3072 × 2048 HD cameras
-
Laser-guided Blind Spot, ACC and AVM pattern positioning with automatic unlevel floor compensation
-
Illustrated alignment instructions — live readings, required tools and adjustment points on one screen
What's Included
- IA1000 calibration frame (AUTEL-CSC1000) with 24 in touchscreen display
- 4 tire clamps, distance target, steering wheel lock, brake lock, 2 wheel chocks and 2 AVM modules
Made For
Built for shops that want ADAS calibration and alignment work in-house instead of subletting it.
- Collision repair shops recalibrating cameras and radar after repairs
- Auto repair shops adding ADAS calibration to alignment work
- Tire and alignment shops
- Dealership service departments
- Shops that already run a MaxiSYS Ultra S2 tablet
Features
-
6 HD cameras, 3072 × 2048 each — read the wheel targets for live alignment readings
-
0.02° accuracy — alignment results you can hand to the customer
-
5-way robotic crossbar — positions the forward-facing target without a tape measure
-
106.30 in crossbar — folds to 15.75 in when not in use
-
300–2,500 mm crossbar height range — covers low cars to tall trucks
-
Advanced alignment data — thrust angle, SAI and toe-out on turns beyond camber, caster and toe
-
Pre/post scan reports — document target positions for insurance and compliance
-
100–264V AC, 360 W — runs on a grounded wall outlet
Robotic Target Placement
Roll the frame into place in front of the vehicle and start the calibration from the tablet. The crossbar moves up and down, side to side and front to back, then fine-tunes pitch, roll and yaw to match the OE procedure.
Blind Spot, ACC and AVM patterns are placed with laser guides, and the system compensates for an unlevel floor automatically. A digital Go/No-Go check confirms each target is in spec before the procedure moves on.
LDW calibration works with Autel physical targets, or with the optional IA1000 27 in digital target monitors (sold separately).
Built to Run with the MaxiSYS Ultra S2
The same six cameras handle 4-wheel alignment for U.S., Asian and European vehicles. Wheelbases from 80 to 220 in and tires from 19 to 37 in are supported.
The frame is controlled from a MaxiSYS Ultra S2 tablet with the IA1000 activation card, sold separately. If your shop already owns an Ultra S2, this package adds the frame without paying for a second tablet.
