12K ADAS and Alignment Scissor Lift for Repair, Alignment and Calibration in One Bay
ADAS calibration usually means moving the car. Off the lift, out of the alignment bay, into an open space. Every move costs time and ties up the shop.
The Autel ADAS Bay Max AULS12ALOR1T is a 12,000 lb alignment scissor lift with an integrated floor lift table. Mechanical repair, wheel alignment and 360° ADAS calibration happen in the same bay, without moving the vehicle.

ADAS Calibration Without Moving the Car
Drive in, and the health check, inspection, alignment and ADAS calibration all happen in that bay. Autel states up to 97% of forward-facing calibrations can be done in a typical alignment or repair bay, some with vehicle repositioning.
Front-facing radar and camera calibrations need as little as 10 ft in front of the lift. Blind spot and some around-view calibrations are done by repositioning the vehicle in the same space.
Flush-mounted, the lift sits at 0 in lowered height. The H-shape layout leaves a flat, open floor with no 4-post obstructions and no recessed pit to trip over.
Heavy-Duty Jacks, Air and Light
The rolling jacking beams use a heavy-duty, low-maintenance pump with stainless steel suspension and rollers. Nickel-plated adapters and extendable arms reach a wide range of lift points.
Built-in runway air outlets and retractable hoses speed up tire inflation. Shatterproof LED runway lights shut off automatically when the lift is lowered. Power is 230V, single phase, 30 A.
