Description

Atlas WB41 Computerized Wheel Balancer with Raised Display

The Atlas WB41 is the big brother to the popular WB11 — same wheel range, same balance accuracy, same plug-and-play serviceability, but with a raised display that's easier to read at a glance and a larger wheel weight tray that keeps tools and cones within reach during a busy shift.

The WB41 is built around the same idea that made the WB11 the best-selling Atlas balancer: spend money on what changes the balance result — accuracy, repeatability, durability — and skip the features that don't. 1-gram accuracy, 1.4° resolution, 32" max rim diameter, and modular electronics that any shop tech can swap when something wears out.

What's Included

  • Atlas WB41 computerized wheel balancer
  • Plastic quick-release nut
  • 4 centering cones (handle 1.75" – 5.18" center holes)
  • Wheel weight pliers
  • Measuring calipers

Made For

Built for professional tire shops that need accurate balancing on a full range of passenger and light-truck wheels, with an ergonomic raised display for high-volume work.

  • Professional tire shops handling steady daily volume
  • Service garages with dedicated tire and balance bays
  • Dealership service departments
  • Multi-tech shops where display visibility matters across the bay

Features

  • Raised, easy-to-read display — readable from a standing position across the bay.
  • Large wheel weight tray — more space for weights, cones, and tools during a busy shift.
  • 1-gram accuracy — repeatable precision for passenger and light-truck wheels.
  • 1.4° weight position resolution — sharp placement guidance.
  • 10" – 32" rim diameter, 150 lb max wheel weight — full passenger and light-truck range.
  • 150 RPM balancing speed — fast cycle without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Static and dynamic balancing modes — match the balance type to the wheel.
  • Rapid Optimization (OPT) — minimize residual unbalance on difficult assemblies.
  • Self-diagnosing electronics — error codes for in-house troubleshooting.
  • Self-calibrating — recalibrate on-board, no service-tech callout.
  • Automatic and pedal brakes — locking pedal plus auto-brake at cycle end.
  • Auto start/stop with hood — close the hood to spin, open to stop.
  • Plug-and-play modular components — easy in-shop parts replacement.
  • 110V power, no anchor-down required — drop on a level floor and plug in.

Raised Display, Built for the Way Shops Actually Work

A tech doesn't stand still during a balancing cycle — they're prepping the next wheel, talking to the customer, or moving between the balancer and the tire mounter. A raised display means they can read the result with a glance across the bay instead of leaning over the machine. Over a 100-wheel day, that's a small ergonomic win that adds up.

The larger wheel weight tray pays back the same way. Adhesive weight strips, magnetic cones, and the wheel-weight pliers all stay within arm's reach instead of crowding the work surface or ending up on the floor. The WB41 is the WB11 with the rough edges sanded down for a high-volume bay.

Real 150 lb Balance Capacity

Plenty of balancers claim a 150 lb wheel capacity in their marketing. There's a difference between a shaft that can support a 150 lb wheel and a balancer that can accurately balance a 150 lb wheel — at speed, on every spin. The WB41's motor, encoder, and shaft are sized to do the latter, so large truck and SUV assemblies get the same 1-gram accuracy as a passenger wheel.

Self-diagnosing electronics and plug-and-play modular parts mean that when something does wear out — and on a shop balancer running daily, parts eventually do — the in-house tech can pull the panel, swap the board or sensor, and have the unit back in service the same shift.

The Right Wheel Balancer for Your Shop

The WB41 is for professional tire shops that put a balancer through 50+ wheels a day and want the ergonomics dialed in for that pace. Same balance accuracy as the WB11, raised display, larger tray, and the same modular serviceability under the panel.
