TC755 Tilt-Back Rim-Clamp Tire Changer
The TC755's tilt-back column is what separates a commercial tire changer from a homeowner machine. The mount/demount head rotates back out of the way when the tire is being loaded or unloaded — that means oversized rims, low-profile performance tires, and run-flat tires don't fight the head during the change. External clamping reaches 11 7/8" to 27 7/8" and internal clamping 13 7/8" to 29 7/8", with a 47-inch maximum tire diameter and 18-inch maximum wheel width on the bead breaker.
Bead-breaker force runs 5,500 lbs and the turntable rotates at 885 ft-lbs of torque on a 1 HP motor. The button-controlled bead breaker operates from the blade itself for precise control, and the built-in Beadblaster handles bead-seating on low-profile and run-flat tires that resist a normal inflation gun. Column-mounted inflator box with gauge, FRL unit, 20" tire tool, lube bucket, brush, large plastic jaw covers, plastic bead-breaker shovel cover, and replacement M/D head inserts all included with the machine.
WB49-2 Automatic 2D Computer Wheel Balancer
The WB49-2 is a step up from the WB11 in this combo's price class — it's an automatic 2D data-entry balancer, meaning the machine reads distance and diameter automatically when the gauge contacts the rim. The operator only enters rim width by hand. That single change cuts data-entry time in half on every wheel and removes two of the three opportunities to mis-key a measurement.
Beyond automatic data entry, the WB49-2 carries a split-weight function for hiding adhesive weights behind alloy wheel spokes, automatic LED light auto-positioning to indicate exact weight placement, automatic and pedal-operated brake, automatic start/stop when the safety hood is lowered/raised, and self-diagnosing electronics. Optional accessories add a 3D width-measuring gauge for full automatic 3D data entry. Display reads in grams or ounces, mm or inches.
