TC221 Rim-Clamp Swing-Arm Tire Changer
The TC221's external rim-clamping jaws open from 9 3/4 inches to 23 1/4 inches and internal locking from 11 5/8" to 25 1/4" — that's the small end of the passenger range and the entire motorcycle / ATV range. Combined with three adjustable jaw mounting positions, you can clamp a 10" motorcycle rim today and a 19" performance car wheel tomorrow without swapping the jaws.
Bead breaker force runs 5,500 lbs and the turntable rotates at 885 ft-lbs of torque on a 1 HP motor — enough force for stiff motorcycle sidewalls without slowing down passenger-tire work. Jaws and the bead breaker are air operated (external air supply at 90-110 PSI required, not to exceed 140 PSI), so the machine doesn't need an air compressor in the same room as long as a shop air line reaches the bay.
WB11 Computer Spin Balancer with Motorcycle Adapter
The WB11 reads imbalance to 1 gram accuracy in static and dynamic balancing modes, with a 1.4-degree weight position resolution that's fine enough for performance and OE wheel work. The machine self-diagnoses and self-calibrates, so it stays in spec between service calls.
The included 14mm motorcycle adapter kit converts the WB11's standard 40mm shaft to fit motorcycle wheels by their axle bore — so spoked and cast motorcycle wheels balance on the same machine that handles passenger wheels. Display reads in grams or ounces, mm or inches, and the balancing speed of 150 rpm keeps cycle time short on high-volume days.
