Extended-Runway 8,000 lb 4-Post Lift with Two Sliding Bridge Jacks
Crew-cab trucks and full-size SUVs run wheelbases past 140 inches. A standard-runway 4-post lift leaves the tires hanging off the ends — or won't accept the vehicle at all. Owners of truck fleets need extended runways to use the lift the way it was built to be used.
The Atlas Garage PRO8000EXT is the extended-runway version of the PRO8000 — same 8,000 lb hobbyist build, longer runways for extended-wheelbase trucks and SUVs, taller columns for higher lift. Paired with two RJ35 sliding bridge jacks, the bay handles storage plus real four-wheel service on the largest hobbyist vehicles.

Why Extended Runways Matter for Truck Owners
The PRO8000EXT's runways are sized for the modern long-wheelbase truck — vehicles where standard lifts force you to choose between cantilevering the tires off the runway ends or skipping the lift entirely. With this lift, a crew-cab truck or full-size SUV sits with all four tires squarely on the runways from the front to the rear.
Combined with the 98-1/2" column height and 79" of clearance under the runways, the lift gives a six-foot operator full stand-up working room under the largest vehicles in the hobby fleet.
Two Bridge Jacks for Four-Wheel Service
A 4-post storage lift only does storage without bridge jacks — the tires sit on the runways. Adding two RJ35 sliding jacks turns the lift into a real service tool. Rotate all four tires in one cycle, do brake jobs front and rear without re-lifting, swap wheels for the trail run while the truck is already up.
Each jack handles 3,500 lbs, lifts 17-1/4" above the runway with the included 1-1/2" and 5" adapters, and slides freely between the runways. The second jack pays for itself within a few weekends of real work.
The Right Extended 4-Post Combo for Your Shop
At 8,000 lbs capacity with the longer runways and taller columns of the EXT version, plus two RJ35 bridge jacks, this combo is sized for the hobbyist truck and SUV fleet. The 84-1/4" lift height and 79" of underbody clearance give serious working room — not a storage-only solution.
Caster kit, approach ramps, jack tray, drip trays, wheel stops, and truck adapter sets all ship in the crates. The bay is service-ready once the lift is installed and the 110V circuit is connected.
